I believe that she is married with 2children and has a salary of £100k. Yes she has options and well deserved to date. I used to earn that as a project manager and also she has only been in the job a few months so give her a break and let her do what she thinks best.

That we do not know specifically as they can cash bonds in and then take the interest etc at a later time. However you are right in saying that it is a couple of months since any actual bonds were converted. I look on these conversion interest payments as clearing out the things we don’t know about. Yes it increases number of shares but it reduces our liabilities as a result.
