So let me get this right. The conversion is at 2.6p and the sp is at 1.85 and this is going down? SP should be at least 2.6,the conversion price. Perhaps they want the shares before the JV is announced? Regarding interest then this was always coming and they have ensured the vwap is as low as possible. People who are invested, not the trolls, this no surprise and cashing in before we buy back the lot.

Production Q3 UP 2,228 TONS despite the disruptions. Would probably have been 5k+ TONS up otherwise but still up. Everything heading in the right direction....

I suspect, but in my view only, that they reduced the amount held by 19th of October because they were involved in the latest placing on 30th which will increase their holding. It is all about balancing the risk. I expect new tr1 within the next 7days showing return to and amount equal to their previous percentage
