Talking to dave wall in july 2016 boy that seems a long way away now lol...but it does show some of daves inner visions for 88e future 1: Seems confident of his 100 bagger plus call still, even though we didn’t use those exact words, but we did talk about possibility of $ type SP in the monetisation process. I think we are looking at a year longer to do this, so maybe later 2018 is the timeframe or even 2019, unless one of the big boys sees a rising POO and jumps us! 2: DW confident of creaming the curve. $70 - $100 POO very possible in the timeframe we will be monetising this oily little baby. Resource value at the current POO $45USD is around $15BN USD. Therefore you can extrapolate yourself what the resource value could be with POO in the 70’s or higher. DW said you have to leave money on the table for the buyer. 3: No intention of consolidation, as he fully understands the normal impact from that process. 4: HRZ formation DW said it is pretty consistent in thickness all the way across the acreage and we have the best of it in terms of thermal maturity sweetspot 5: No interest in acreage to the south regardless, as it is outside the sweetspot

Dave Wall: "If you got 1% of 10 billion, that's a big number. If that's your risk and that's your reward, that's still a big number. If you got 1% of 10 or 100, it's a small number and you wouldn't bother chasing it. If we can increase an upside and we've got a 50% chance of achieving it, that's a no-brainer for us. Would you rather have 50% of a small number or a big number?"

Dave wall : "this is why we were confident in increasing our acreage size and moving to the next phase of the project. Really, it boils down to the viscosity. You need a hydrocarbon that can flow more easily through these tight rocks which means it can flow at higher rates. You need hydrocarbon pore volume or resource concentration, which is the amount of oil in place per acre per foot, which means that a single well can access more oil and therefore can flow at higher rates again and have better ultimate recoveries."

Stephen staley : "Also in the west, one can keep going deeper with a single well and also get down to the HRZ. You got a lot of potential for getting a lot value out of a single well. We can start to do more things with the data. We can pull out seismic attributes and start to work on that, especially in the east where we've got access already to some of the 3D data. I think in summary, I'd say very exciting and watch the space"

Paul basinski : "we see now that we have an continuous feature that actually gets wider on the sides. As it turns out, the peening distribution or thickness of this is exactly what it is up in the Vaca Muerta, and Point Pleasant, and Eagle Ford, and Duvernay. The distance or the width of it is pretty profound. Then, the other thing that happened at the sale was we're not only able to pick up additional acres, but we're able to increase the net effective footage because the shale gets thicker in some places that we just picked up."

Paul basinski : "Dave pointed out a little cartoon map. There it is. Like Dave said, this represents a lot of different information. Effectively, what this represents is the integration of not only all of the core data, but then we've come up with some new IP that we are able to, with very high probability, be able to tell where these wings are. To make it real simple, what we came up with, the essence of it is that we have a number of wells that are drilled on trend with us, around eight or so."

Dave wall " Obviously, a very big potential prize here. DeGolyer and MacNaughton gave us a billion barrels. We internally are slightly more optimistic than that and have different assumptions. We think there's 2.6 billion barrels. It's important to note that whilst those are very large numbers. They're only on the 271,000 original acres that we had prior to the lease sales. Now, we've got two-and-a-half times more acreage. You don't have to be a rocket science to do the math, but there's a much bigger prize at stake that we're going to be testing with this upcoming drilling of Icewine-2."

Risk is relative, derisking is just leaverging that risk as if you either bought in under sub 0.5p or like dave converted loads of options or like some have maybe top sliced a wedge either reducing your avg or having a free carry...as i understood it. the 50/50 was just for the hrz giving up a good flow rate or not with a technically executed drilling program? The commercial oil and that in the yukon gold are separate and with 3d fast tracked seems to tell me that dave is super confident of those eventual two outcomes... but hay lets be uber optimistic and hope that the hrz wings and hue bring in a whopping 10bn shale recoverable (akind to flowing like commercial oil) @daves optimistic $85 p/b .... now thats a nice thought isn't it?

Wow a very big if but its very possible for oil wti /brent to climb up above and beyond $80 at the end of the month would love $88 when the actual flow happens at ice wine. ... dazzle

Technical Picture Remains Bullish Technical indicators for oil all point to higher prices. Short- and long-term moving averages also indicated that prices are in a solid uptrend. Oil prices have moved up enough that it is worth looking at a monthly chart to get a sense of potential resistance levels. A critical resistance level will break if oil finishes the month over $70 per barrel. Drawing a Fibonacci retracement from the highs of August 2013 to the lows of February 2016 shows that a close this month above $70 will break the 50% retracement of that previous down move. The next monthly price resistance sits just under $80 per barrel at the 61.8% retracement. A monthly close above that level opens the possibility for oil to move toward the $90 to $100 range, in line with current Wall Street consensus price forecasts. PB: That's the reason why we have a reservoir, a play that's got a great seal because where we do, it does but it just gets 1000-foot thick when it gets into the thrust belt. That's the part that sourced everything, but where we are never got there. We still have 98% of the oil. Where we are, the oil, basically almost none of it ever left. It's still mostly there....
