Newanda you were right in questioning this net figure of 480m only 192 is net to 88e on the Stella formations my Concern is the rerating to 2p is it based on the 60% recovery rate like Prudoh Bay or the full amount of all in place when flow tested answers on a postcard as recovery rates have improved with Efficiency over the decades and Potentially could recover more in the future with better technology and procedures.

I do wish people listen too the audio presentation recording it self rather than rely on haddock 2nd hand guesstimates and half factored opinions. As a guide and the rules of thumb would it be conservative to use Proto base 60% recovery rate based on modern technology and using water and gas recovery methods. Remember we are not going to produce this so when he does get re-rated into the 2p reserves In 2022 but before that and only if Charlie one is a grand success that we can continue and move forward onto the next phase of the plan in 2021 on the other multistacked plays and hopefully if premier oil decide to buy in to Area B or C could be both who knows.. But for now let’s not count our chickens I’m just relaying what Dave said on the audio presentation anything else is a bonus right so let’s see what happens on the Stella formations. If anyone else has oil knowledge of calculating recovery rates on tier one then please go right ahead and post..

It will be excellent if the top pair Charlie / Indigo flow on a commercial basis. Between them 175 MMBO net mean to 88E at approx 3,300 ft to 4,000 ft.
Stellar threesome at 192 MMBO net to 88E is double that depth.
Lima pair at 113 MMBO net to 88E is about 5,600 ft to 6,000 ft. (one mile).

Just had a quick look on the monthly chart for 88e.. and can see a morning star candle stick pattern which is bullish ( famous last words ). IMHO and only if volume, Momentum, sentiment and recent optimism in buying will lift up the SP Incrementally will we see this uplift depends on investor confidence in the Charlie one well and the rest of the multi stock play. Would like to add this for those who are doing calculations the highest ever recovery rate is PrUdoh bay at 60% recovery with modern tech. So it would be conservative to use this figure for the two Stella formations. Anything else is a bonus and will add to the SP increase fingers crossed. Best regards dazzle

With the confirmation of 50% Commercial COS in the Stellar targets in the Pub presentation, the Cenkos note is worth another look. Whether you agree or disagree with their valuation, it is a useful framework to apply new numbers to.
As commented at the time Cenkos marked hard on CCOS in their valuation, for the Stellar they gave it a 15% CCOS which gave 0.9p risked valuation for this piece of 88e. Now that there is a confirmed 50% CCOS, we can apply that to the risk model raising the 0.9p to 2.85 pence
Incorporating this new Stellar 50% CCOS into their full risked valuation raises it from 4.8p to 6.75p

Dave wall took the root to imbibe the HRZ to see if we have a Better flow this took some time which I also thought was the best choice after researching the FACTS . Although most, not all gaps/windows get closed, the candlestick chart patterns Are not a reliable marker for share price predictions, unlike the 65p post you previously made. can you back that up?

Based on current technicals and the candlestick chart and the possible momentum over the golden cross 50 moving average over 200. Mixing with current sentiment and investors willing to hold and take the risk on the Charlie one well it is possible for the share price to spike to 7p. Based on a 60% recovery rate from the 2 Stella formations which equates to around 4 to 5p. We nearly got that far based on the HRZ and yes the 2.3p gap got closed.

I feel the majority of investors here now are risk averse and Are willingly prepared to hold through to the next phase Some may even top slice to Derisk and free carry... As it’s been a very long time for some of us me included As I have been in here since 2012 when 88energy was called Tangiers petroleum And I’ve averaged down from 30p to well below 2p.

If Indigo by the grace of God does come in good with it’s 100% geological chance of success... Unfortunately like Dave has mentioned in the presentation Indigo is a tight formation And the commercial side has yet to be valuated for its risk. And also we will be drilling on its edge not in its middle Sweet spot . But if we do get something. that could help push the share price up a little towards the 7p mark And possibly close the gap/window. Best regards dazzle

Yep can confirm Dave said at the globe presentation that we need 100bopd vertical minimum to be commercial then to do a horizontal in 2021 if successful which should get 10 to 20 times the amount depending on drill I’m sure I heard him say 2000 to 3000 will double check...

And remember folks max recovery with new tech and procedures is 60% , for conventional I would suggest be more realistic and conservative in calculating the sp on drill results... I’m using 50% of Stella as a marker which equates to roughly around 4p, although there is a candlestick gap/window at 7p on a longer term timeframe so it “could “ spike to close this next feb/ April ..I can see a lot of folks top slicing to derisk just in case.. prepare for the worst case and hope for the best... dazzle

Luckily a lot of the posters posted the main points on the board last night and this morning... finally for those who left early around nine-ish you missed a really good evening with Dave and what I got out from that conversation with Mickey and phrontist both sitting with me is that Dave and Steve Staley are 100% men of integrity and 100% behind the shareholders.. we are definitely in safe hands unfortunately the rest is down to mother nature and she doesn’t play by man-made rules although we do try our best to bend them to our advantage..... For those that couldn’t make it unfortunately you’ve missed out on some nuggets of gold that you can only find by experiencing face-to-face talking with Dave and Steve privately or In a small genuine varied group of like minded individuals...

Dave mentioned No consolidation at all as it would shave off a 30% haircut on 88e his own words and yes there will be a capital raise next year at a hopefully higher price and I think Dave mentioned that he raised some finance this week in some form or another (unless I missunderstood).....Yukon gold in my understanding will be expanded a little bit more It is more complex to resolve at the moment. Unfortunately the beer got the better of me and my head was a bit fuzzy towards the end due too mickeys peroni addiction and because im hard of hearing I can’t quite make out over the noise and buzz of optimism .. but for those who can stick with the ship another couple of years will reap the benefits no doubt..if all goes to plan?
