Whilst I agree that the company should only recruit if necessary, the confidence levels in PEL are not so high based on 2015 delays. It looks like they probably underestimated the amount of effort and time required to recruit and bring staff up to speed. Hopefully they will not be making the same mistakes this time round.

They better recruit quickly to meet the revenues they need to achieve in 2016! Will not look good if delays are caused due to insufficient resource.

come on PEL...feel a good week is due for company, hopefully quarterly update will go down well...

Sid - if we get another 4 * 100k buys in the next hour, which is not really heavy buying, then it might be interesting for Monday. Honestly, do you think that will happen?

IanB - i was just having a moan really. Most of my money now tied up in here and really annoying when you watch so many shares doing 20-30% rises over the past couple of days. You would have thought a £90k director buy would have had a very positive effect to the share price, but it did not and that shows how little confidence the market now has with PEL. Director buys, contract wins, no dilution have not won over the market so not really sure what will boost PEL's share price now. To be honest, I will be more than happy to break even at 2.1p

Odd that they put it after hours as it looks good news to me although it is only 3.5k. But this is PEL so who knows. RSI and Stochs looking good

Think a number of people are waiting for 1.5p to buy so that could be the trigger point. There is always the scenario of going back to 1.25p but don't think that will happen just yet unless PEL decide to release an RNS lol.

Note the 2 further RNSs since the 7am one. They are not huge amounts but at least the company putting hands in pockets.

Keeping ourselves open minded, just hope it is not any "bad news" that needs shareholders to be addressed at AGM...the only thing I can think is raising money via some sort of arrangement. Going to stay positive though.

Can't contain my excitement for the end of this week now. Been in here for 3 months and been building nicely. Hoping a nice Xmas reward is on hand for shareholders.

On a positive note, if stock gets to oversold and positive RNS released, then the share price change could be a significant percentage higher

I thought the company were meant to release news about what they have been working on in the month by the end of October (last working day is today). Anyone know why this has not been released.
