The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Got it thanks. I guess what's unclear is when Alan Miller got the additional 2M shares, might have been part of the placing or bought slowly over the past 2 years on the open market.
It's definitely positive news then as shows confidence.
Jace86 - not sure how you are getting increase in 2M shares unless I have misread something.
I'm reading his previous holdings were 4.73%, i.e. prior to the raise of ~31M shares (so total prior to raise being ~365M shares). 4.73% of 365M shares is ~17.3M shares.
The RNS states that it is now reduced to 4.25% of total of ~396M, ~16.8M shares. That's a reduction in shares unless I have calculated it against the wrong total for previous holdings?
This might be a very simple way of looking at it but just interested to know if anyone knows how long (timescale) it will take CIZ to get to the stage where OBD are currently at, i.e. time for CIZ to get to the point that they can release similar RNS?
We potentially will be taken out, but look at NCYT. Did an unbelievable rise during Covid, so you never know. I'm sure the guys that sold at 40-50p were kicking themselves when it hit £10.
3.8p is a key support level, so fingers crossed.
I would say £40-50M (10-15p) would be a decent price to sell in current markets and current status of company, but it all depends on how good your sales & marketing is to pitch the future as potentially could get a lot more. Only my opinion though and would love it to be much higher - stage 2 & 3 trials will go on for some time so the weigh up will be between investing and trading.
No positivity at all. There will be a dead cat bounce at some point I'm guessing, but can't see a bounce that large that will recover your position. It's either going bust or will get funding at 0.2-0.3p imo.
