They only charge ABB £2m for the original deal and gave them £2m of shares so the invoice amount is semantics, you know full well the cost of the deal to ABB was halved. AFC have invoiced ABB for shares lol.

Traderz, that has always been the argument, is it value for AFC that what was a deal worth £4m to AFC is now only worth £2m, something has gone wrong clearly. The 200kW system isn’t as good as they were led to believe or not as far advanced and requires a lot more of ABBs time spent on R&D perhaps ? You all still blatantly argue that there is nothing to worry about with the change to the T&Cs when history shows you that AB has repeatedly failed with every joint venture to date. Why aren’t Altaaqa loading up with power towers ? For example

Traderz, £4m has been invoiced and paid into the business. Read the Annual Report, it clearly identifies the £4m from ABB as cash received. You are correct.

However, in return for that £4m, ABB receive the sale and development agreement including the 200kW system AND £2m WORTH OF FREE AFC ENERGY SHARES !

Maybe then AB also exposed his lack of business accumen and limited understanding of AFC Energy and the partnership with ABB when he thought he could invoice them £4m for the work rather than £2m.

So if I buy £4m in AFC shares do I get a free 200kW hydrogen fuel cell ?

They were given a £2m discount. The other £2m which was used to buy shares has probably already been sold, hence the drop.
