The difference bfd is that you believe the carefully and generally intentionally vague details the business have to disclose in an RNS, not neccasarily the whole story, parts of which, in numerous RNS's are 'overlooked'. See Revb for a timely perfect associated example.

You only post 'fact' that back up your narrative, never accepting ones that challenge it. closed mind.

I have no idea what the market state is in the area of your supposed flat, so couldnt possibly comment, other than to say you will manage to (hopefully) sell it to somebody for exactly what they are willing pay for it. You can of course ask for a skyhigh sp if you wish, but it would reduce a sales potential. People, in a free market, tend to pay the going rate. Like 36p for a BOO share.

So £273m shelled out for the single component part plt, from the chairmans own sons company. Wow, for a company whose total current Mcap, including that £273m spent amount is worth just £457m now is quite astonishing. Of course though, they didnt over pay lol lol lol.

Would be obliged if you could respond to that point, you see im thinking (my opinion, yours can be different) BOOWHO overpaid for PLT. confirmation of these two figures should give an idea of how much that component part of the group is now worth, when factoring the mcap decline since.

You could have just as easily stated i was 100% correct in what i wrote - with the exception of inadvertantly writing "nice fat dividends" at the beginning of my example, instead of "nice fat capital returns".

Could saved yourself a lot of writing to do simply that.
