Reardon, i have no idea if a placing is coming along or not, but id agree, if such a thing was on the horizon it would appear odd that Umar would buy in prior to that. I would be quite surprised to see the BOD carry out a placing given the quicksand the sp is currently supported by though, would send a really bad message to the markets imv and cause further mayhem.

I think you will find the financial regulatory bodies are most interested in legal irregularities, Indeed they have a legal obligation to investigate such practise, providing of course there is real evidence and not just guff posted on a random bb by disolusioned conspiracy theorists clutching at straws. Plenty of companies been investigates for such practise as is alleged here multiple times a day by the usual suspects.

The solution to what they moan about is in their own hands, is it not.
