Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Whether I believe that the Major walked away or not is not up for discussion, if you care to read again what I said please point out where I mentioned walking away. I merely stated that the Major had stepped away from the confidential agreement and that is a fact.
Whatever, as with everybody else on here you have your opinion .others differ.
Hardly huge news as we were told that when the Major stepped away from the confidential agreement 5 months ago.
Anybody that took notice of this rubbish needs their head examined. There are constant post on here that are pure nonsense and people that are clued in pay no attention to them, being aware the only info worth anything comes in the shape of an RNS.
Business is not easy in the Bahamas, they are listed amongst the worst countries in which to do business.
Only believe what you read in an RNS, everything else is pure speculation and guesswork.
The only know facts are what has been stated in the RNS's by the company, after that everything else is guess work.
Your name wouldn't be Simon Potter by any chance ?
And you spout the biggest load of rubbish. Winner or loser I am what I am, been in here a hell of a lot longer than you so know rubbish when I see it.
There is so much absolute rubbish posted on here nowadays the board is hardly worth reading.
The post from somm is one of the few realistic posts on here, it sums up exactly where we are with BPC.
See you have been looking at your crystal ball again.
Contrary to what you are saying the Moyes report does not say there is oil there. The report verifies BPC's technical data and agrees with the companies figures which are estimates of the likelihood on quantity of oil.
My view has been well documented on here over the past few weeks. As with everybody else on here it is a best guesstimate and I think the Major walked away with BPC going back into discussions with the other interested parties. I am still waiting to find out where your information came from when stating "independent verification of oil is established", I have seen no such information.
All guesswork on your part, maybe correct maybe not.
Under the heading So Objectively you state ""independent verification of oil is established". I must have missed that statement, can you point me in the direction of that confirmation from BPC.
I think some people will still be saying this time next year that the major hasn't walked.
I fear you maybe correct in your summary of the BPC situation but do hope you are wrong.
Without some news I can't see what there is to stop the SP going back to the 1p region.
Well if that is your take we might as well forget about any drilling as not one oil major or minor for that matter would take on such an expensive project with the knowledge that after spending up to $100m and finding oil they were not allowed to extract it.
