Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
If the biggest ever deal of A$125 did not move the share price, then what kind of event do we need to happen to generate a significant share price movement.
Should read 'proper revenue forecast'
The board of SM must now have a very good idea of the revenue that is to come in the next month's and years.
The market, the PI's deserve nothing less than a full update of contracts and a property revenue forecast.
Since 2016 I have been continually investing and taking risk with my money. I feel like many others that we need a true update of the SM position.
This should generate a re-rate of the share price.
You make a good point about the Institutional Holders, who own 60%+. I am hoping that their strength will help push the bid price to an acceptable level, that is, close to SM teal value.
All our potential bidders know the business and our future value. So why would they hold off to bid. This seems an ideal time to negotiate a good price for the company.
I think the current share price is irrelevant.
The bidders will pay what it is worth for the future revenues, known and unknown.
I would not be surprised if talks are in progress right now.
I think we may not see any more RNS's.
It will be a bid(s) and a take over.
Russia states there had been substantial progress in the peace talks. All we need now is a surprise RNS for a good start to the work.
A very very positive interview from PM.
Continued increasing growth and bigger margins from both auto and aftermarket in the next quarters and well beyond. And Aviation seems to be getting its wings too!
We must now be in the spot light of some of the bigger tech giants, including Qualcomm for a potential move on us.
They must be thinking , grab now before the very big profits start rolling into their coffers.
There is a decade of profits and technical expansion awaiting any potential buyer(s ) of Seeing Machines.
Although the world is in a bad place at the moment, and many companies are suffering hits, there is a big light at the end of the tunnel for Seeing Machines.
I say congratulations to the guy who had the bottle to buy 12 million shares yesterday!
I bet that is Griffith's!
About 15 million shares out of 4.2 billion have changed hands and we are down 12%.
Shame it never works the other way !
All you can do now is hold.
The IP and products are still best in class.
It is just one crisis after the other.
The only sure thing is the Seeing Machine IP and DMS product. I guess we are going to have to see this through to a takeover or re-rate.
I take 100% responsibility for all my share purchases. But I do feel that SM PR is partly instrumental for the current share price and where we have been over the years.
So much good news has been issued in the past few years, albeit often understated by SM PR, that were should have been in a stronger position, in terms of the share price today.
Our only hope of a near term profit is a quick takeover bid. I do believe in the SM IP and technology, but the tone of all the RNS's to date is one of 'future' profits are coming. I remember someone on this board saying that the Private investors don't matter, but they do. They own 25% of the equity ,1 billion or more shares. They are causing the share price falls each day. May be the II's will have the final say, but where will the share price be at that juncture. I think we need a hostile takeover bid to shake management. After all, PM did state that he wants to increase shareholder value. Note, my point of view is based on making a good profit, not what is good for SM management!
The institutions and 'big players' in technology should have now noticed the potential in future revenue and growth.
It is highly likely some of them have SM in their sights and considering a bid for a takeover of this DMS technology.
It is a growth stream needed for all these big players in this decade.
We are back to the Finncap targets is five years ago!
I suppose we will get the usual interview with PM saying everything is great and he is looking after shareholder value. Nothing every arrives.
And when are we ever going to get a company forecast at the START of a financial year ?
Companies are not allowed to delay the issue of RNS's, otherwise they are in breach of AIM rules.
Delaying anything for over a month would certainly be wrong.
There is no big seller!
It is just small PI off loading small amounts.
A minute percentage of the overall shares in issue.
Surely at this price it has got to be takeover time.
Offer a 200% premium and still get SM at a snip.
