I think you’re right Dunnie... Stroll knows the Q3 order numbers now and wouldn’t have let his new driver invest his money if they were not good enough to move the SP north! Hopefully tomorrow gets us close to 60p!

Kind of makes you think they might have been holding off saying anything positive until Seb had his shares at 50p... Hopefully the SP will now fly?! If it went up 15% on news that Toto had bought in surely we should hope the same for a four times world champion!

In the past two weeks I've gone from -£13k to -£5k to -£8k to -£12.5k today... And to think I sold £25k's worth of BDEV to buy AML two weeks ago... Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Just feels like we're taking 2 steps forward and then 2 steps back again over and over again!

So on the basis that people have bought nearly 4 times more than the number of shares sold you'd have thought the SP would be up rather than down...?!

I bet they now wish they'd waited 40 mins and saved themselves £30k on the SP...!

Did somebody really just buy 1,969,496 AML shares at 52.5p at 10.15am?

I feel your pain NickGBank! I started in April with £120k... Got it up to £150k by late May and thought I was invincible! Now I'm sitting on 225,000 AML shares that have done bugger all for the last couple of weeks sweating it out! Average is now 52.5p so just need it to get to 55.8p to get to breakeven and into profit again!

Finally a blue day! Fingers crossed that it keeps giving us blue days for a while and then some positive news from TM/LS to allow us to enjoy some real gains!

What a surprise... close of play at 50p!

Having worked in Automotive for 30 years the people who can afford to buy a DBX aren't going to be massively affected by the recession that's looming. New sales are down across the board but I suspect it'll be the sub £50k sector that is most affected.
