It's been a roller coaster since I first invested in 2018 and for the first time in ages BLOE is in a strong position to deliver returns to shareholders. The next news should be the completion of the gas sales line and earning steady revenue helped by the sale of the oil stock acquired. What we need to hear is that development and expansion of production can be financed out of earnings with a clear road map to becoming a successful O&G producer.

I hope the AGM will answer a number of questions. It may be the Company will comment on future revenue and at some stage provide more concrete guidance. Otherwise it may come with half year update. Also some news should be coming in a week or so on work with Roche.

On the wider picture I hope other posters don't mind my response to your summary. Your portfolio has quite a lot of the same holdings as mine. I have not traded very much so today has been very painful. By far my biggest is Avacta (net average 25p) and I have some in most others without doing much trading. My first pharma sector about five years ago was Valirx. I sold most at a loss of £20k but bought at under 10p so now ahead and hoping for more in next two years. My latest foray is in N4P as a micro cap. Probably a gamble but I am attracted by the possibilities of what they have and direction of travel. Mcap of £10m gives a lot of potential. Reminds me a bit of when I started building Avacta holding three years ago. On oilers I hold BPC, Bloe and SAVE, all for 2 - 3 years. I have RBD which also had a bad day but may come back. On Gold and metals I have quite a few small holdings except for BMV where I built up a sizeable chunk (for me). So now I am inclined to trade more given the latest experience of delays and big drops. In most cases I am in profit but not as much as before.
I added a few more ONC today having sold some SNG at a small profit.

Been in this a long time. Very frustrating. A success? It doesn't appear so and SP will drop significantly. Find out in 35 minutes!

Not sure DVRG are responsible for the current share price. SP is driven by market forces and AIM pricing methods which may reflect investor demand. DVRG are not much different than many other shares on AIM such as Avacta and SNG which have shown huge fluctuations. People buying on a spike suggest a high degree of naivety. The spike to 70p and plummet back to 21p suggest that AIM pricing methodology is questionable.
This may be a good opportunity to buy more if you believe in what the company are doing and if the future prospects are as rosy as suggested.

Trek, I appreciate your comments and information. I still feel a raise may happen at some point to fund acceleration or acquisition but hope it is after the SP goes over £2, which could be any time especially with new due on Roche / Genentech this month. Funding is a question - have you raised it for the AGM? I am a fan of ONC and have added recently. Although I am not a big investor (40k shares) ONC is one I believe fairly unique and has good potential . Importantly SP does not swing violently as some others I hold (Avacta, SNG, ORPH) which is a sign of stability in shareholders.

Today the sells (according to this site) are £30k more than buys yet the SP drops 13% (at 09.50). the pricing and fluctuations seem odd and confirm AIM pricing methods are not fit for purpose. With Mcap of £10m this has loads of potential and some risk to go with it.

Is there any indication of cost of SNG001 compared to Remdesivir as this could be another factor in take up around the world?

I think that there are numerous companies on AIM with multi-bag (more than 100%) SP potential over 12 months. I believe N4P is one with possibly most potential at current low MCap but is still risky.

According to RNS on 27 July on the Roche collaboration expansion, the overall timeline for the project has not altered with initial results to be provided to Roche within three months and completion in November 2020. News could come at any time and before the end of November.

.............. is signed but does not produce any share action. As commented before there is no solid financial information but it must add to revenue and profit in current FY. Hoping for news on Roche and Genentech this month which will add to the overall progress and opportunity for ONC. SP has been relatively stable in spite of the carnage in the sector on AIM. Good sign that momentum will build.

Sells yesterday recorded on this site totalled about 1m shares so not significant in the grand scheme. Possibly a few more today and in days ahead but one of the attractions of BMV is that SP is not subject to major swings. Also, more news is expected before the end of November as RNS states "Prior to the conclusion of the acquisition process the Company expects to provide further positive updates from South Korea this month". My target was to get to 1m shares this month and almost there.

Only in housebuilding is this level tolerated. Profit margins in most businesses are much lower - single digit. First time buyers are often paying £50k of profit. This is outrageous and should be reduced or windfall tax applied.

The important factors at present include:
1. There is a vg chance BMV will acquire the remaining 50% of the mines in November.
2. Funding is arranged which does not mean dilution and is repaid from gold production (lenders must be confident too)
3. Subsidies are available for various aspects and would reduce BMV's costs to get into production
4. Contractors are being engaged to get work progressed quickly and mining should start in January 2021
5. South Korea seems a safer jurisdiction from political risks perspective

Given the potential amounts involved it is definitely worth getting advice (and if necessary paying for it) to minimise taxes (IHT and CGT), especially as there are so many different individual circumstances. I understand SIPP is held in trust and my expression of wish is for it to go to daughter and grandchildren. I have been trying to minimise IHT and feel this is the best way (lower tax option) rather than pass to my wife. She would receive other assets and ISA etc. on which there would be a larger potential IHT later on. With over five years to age 75 there is potential for major gains if investments play out so timing of actions is also important.

EBK > I am in a very similar position in having a final salary pension and exceeding LTA. I am still considering what to do but there is not a simple solution obviously. Also have Avacta and ONC with large potential gains. Changing the balance to lower potential gains by selling in SIPP and rebuying ISA is an option with costs but small in relation to IHT. This may make ISA more risky if gains do not materialise but partial rebalance may be a way to manage. My SIPP is not in drawdown and I intend to seek advice on best options net year.

Looking at the fundamentals of NAV (4 x SP) and Mcap in relation to Net Profits, this looks materially undervalued but it is hard to see a major re-rate unless institutional investors take more of an interest. Many PIs are unlikely to have this topping their lists. The largest shareholder has 6.3% and I might have expected more serious investors if the fundamentals are as compelling as they look. Shares Magazine included JUST in five shares to buy on 27 August when SP was 49.6p so the drop is significant given the satisfactory six months results. Having only a small holding, I will leave it but adding will need a spark to see when medium / longer term value will be achieved. Hard to see if this is a takeover target in present climate.

Financial results were a little disappointing as with so much going on I was hoping for more especially from collaborations with Roche and Genentech. Revenue suggests initial payments from deals are low but hopefully the later payments will be significantly more. News on some of these is due this month. Overall a lot is going on and in spite of the SP blip last week, I feel optimistic. Being a world leader must count for something and a premium on their work justified. Added recently and now await developments.
Note HZD received an offer announced today at 108% premium to SP. ONC might be a target for a large Pharma which adds a dimension to being an attractive investment.

Can see date published but unclear when AS provided it - surely this is important.

RNS confirms the significant potential for Early CDT Lung blood test and hopefully this will lead to more deployment in USA.
Given the delay in screening in UK due to the pandemic, the value of this testing is even greater. It would enable to make up (if that is possible) for the lost time in some patients as well as more rapidly and accurately direct treatment to identified severe cases.
One further question is what steps ONC can take to bring this into use in NHS and other jurisdictions. The medical and economic cases are both significant.

I was expecting a bigger rise although this news was mainly factored in. SP may increase when sellers and any traders have worked through. I understand some who bought at less than 10p may top slice (I have) but the fundamentals and prospects seem stronger than ever. I often ask myself why sellers sell and there may be a variety of reasons - mainly profit taking and how AIM works. See what the rest of the day brings.
