Great update on Epitinib, let's hope we get an update next week on AZ's strattegy for Savolitinib and what Lilly are doing with taking up their global rights to Fruquintinib ;o-) I am attending an evening with Mark Slater next week and will be interested in discussing Chi-Med with him - one massive fan talks to another massive is how I think it will go!

could not agree more miti, the new regs for listing in HK must surely be attractive and will open up the Company to the huge HK investor pool I cannot see the London listing offering much any more, especially as the U.S listing drives and controls the price I continue to buy ;o-)

I had a small holding in Beigene but I think the valuation is now very ambitious so sold last month. It seems it�s all driven by the fact it bought China rights to Celgenes main drugs hence revenues will go up significantly this year. It recently updated its pipeline to show it has 3 drugs approved and marketed, but that to me is a bit disingenuous as they are Celgene developed drugs. It would be a bit like us putting Seroquel on our pipeline chart! I continue to buy Chi-Med and that�s where my BGNE profits were placed...

I hope that is 3K shares and not �3k miti! Yur timing is usually on the impeccable side compared to mine. I will be adding shortly too, as always..... Good update today and a gentle reminder that a second NDA could be on its way later this year for Frquintinib. In the meantime I remain curious as to what Lilly will decide about global rights to Fruquintinib ex China, I think form what Christian said a year ago that they have another opportunty in a years time (eg. now) but will pay more.....

I follow him on Seeking Alpha, together with Bret Jensen https://seekingalpha.com/article/4133199-hutchison-china-meditech-outlook-2018?v=1513874169&comments=show The Seeking Alpha daily Biotech forum is a great resource to follow, and the upodates aboyut HCM and BGNE are startring to become quite regular I missed the fact that we are now marketing Concor for Merck and I agree that our CP platform is ideal for use by Biopharma's outside China, for specialist distribution and sales. Beigene have effectively taken over trhe marketing and sales of Celgene's entire portfolio in China and I wonder if a similar deal is on the cards for us, maybe with Lilly or Astra? As you say, that would be a way to grow the Company further on the commercial platform side. Meanwhile I see sterling is gaining in value agains the USD, exacerbating the share price falls of recent days. We appear to be very news driven right now.
