Since the pipeline issues and the subsequent huge drop in late Dec I've noticed most of the models these chart websites use are very flawed, as they use historical data with no regard for material events. In this case I see the model predicts the ADR's will be $25 by early 2020, presumably based on chart technicals that are completely out step with reality (eg. based on the 40% drop in Dec).
I also get alerts form various American based sites (Zacks for example) who issue a recommendation and then the reverse the following day, eg. Zacks issued a Sell on the stock Friday and a Buy today, and will probably issue a Sell tomorrow or Wednesday!
I personally prefer to use my own judgement and 2 Warren Quotes which I think are very applicable to Chi-Med:-
"If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes”
“Price is what you pay; Value is what you get.”
I've held off and on for the past 10 years and now only Buy and will continue to do so for the next 10 years,
