Ardgowan are clear that the new distillery has attracted £20m of investment (and £3m of that is from Distil).

Who knows what value to put on the Ardgowan facility or what it might be worth going forward.

There are more regular news feeds here than almost anywhere else. It's now a profitable company and has been for a couple of years and will likely be for several years to come.

What UJO really needs to do in order to stabilize and improve the share price is stop with the random surprise dividend and include a dividend notification with the interims and finals which would give some surety and reward to existing and potential shareholders.

Perhaps now there will be no need to weight the divi and they can go back to the level quarterly divi next year which I think most would prefer and provides a certain amount of reassurance and stability.

They basically gave themselves 40% of the company at a 40% discount. Maybe if they had asked me, I could have loaned them 500k at zero interest against our investment in Ardgowan. Even a rights issue would have been fairer to the rest of the shareholders. I'm in deep and still hopeful here but the dilution to the benefit of the few is not right. (IMHO)

Now the execs have given most of the company to themselves I expect some good news next.
