They declared the price after the fact last time. It ended up a 5% discount to the mid-price, so wasn't too bad.

The 'coming from abroad' and the 15% Luxembourg tax deduction are always a good excuse for some brokers to hold on to your cash for little longer than necessary. Still no sign of divi in AJ Bell either.

If they go through with this and stitch long term holders up, I hope their new reputation for verging on fraudulent will preclude them from getting any more UK & US Govt or United Nations work.

De-listing seems a strange decision after recent decent updates, almost like someone had a tantrum and threw their toys out of the pram.. with a bit of luck their main customers might insist that being a 'reputable' listed company was part of the reason they secured the contracts.

Trying to get my head around what's going on.

IPO (£18m raised) was only 5 years ago and for a few years Soraya Narfeldt's share holding was 'worth' over £40 million and now it's worth less than 1 million. Proportionally the same for hubby Lars Narfeldt. So why are they wanting to de-list just to save a few quid? Surely their reputation as honest people to carry out humanitarian work must be at risk (especially if we all write to the people they just won big 5 year contracts with). Don't understand it at all.

It's very, very basic. If the trade is below the mid-point of the bid/ask prices it shows 'sell'.

What Richard says is true, it's the same for some other companies listed on LSE who have their headquarters elsewhere (USA, Canada, etc.). The good news is that B&M are currently looking to re-locate their HQ so the withholding tax may not apply when this happens.

They did say at the interims that they would be re-balancing the divi to pay a higher percentage as ordinary rather than special. A good set of results and a chance to pick up a bargain despite Rachel Thieves efforts.
