Bedex it's hardly surprising given Sea7 was one of the rampers 2 years ago. Now we'll have a certain poster telling us just how great the BOD and prospects in Georgia are, and to ignore the "share pee take mob" lol
How is it making it up? The cash they have is for one well at best, and the fact they have blown over £20m with not a single profitable or successful well, si this well is esssentially a gamble. Even if it successful, it will not put the company in a profitable position. The board should have voted out when the option was there.
It is the best way deerhunter, very unlikely to get all our money back but try to minimise losses. I'm over £40k down at the minute
They will definently need another raise with current cash balance. Georgia is not an easy nut to crack, but suppose needs to keep his £180k a year job.
Still not hit 1000 boepd that they stated more than 2 years ago lol, and down to $2.7m already from last placing lol
Goodbye see you later, you won't be missed
Deerhunter i will sell at a loss when it hits my exit price. My loss is far too big at the minute.
Tolster it is clear who has an agenda, and who doesn't. If you have been on this board a while, then shouldn't be too difficult whose who? How many of the resident pumpers have dissappeared since the day of the placing? All of whom were suggesting we are selling millions of testing kits, no need for a placing etc.... and all of sudden they all dissappear at the same time..doesn't take a genius to work out what their agenda was. And you still have with a nasty agenda here and if you use your brain and do some research, you can see the wood from the trees.
Block Longtermholder unless you like losing money. He said a placing wasn't coming and BC were selling a load of kits. Just look at his posting history and you can see why he needs to be blocked.

Knock--I've been reading back through some of your posts (very few for GDR). Why when you are so critical are you still here, I wonder. I think your shareholding is small and your lack of patience intimates a marked lack of general corporate experience especially within the health sector, which is notoriously slow by the way and tied up in red tape and legislation.
I think the way that GDR handled the last placement was typical of an AIM business and most are far worse! I cannot see another placement. They are selling and they have enough cash until December anyway. BC are backing it and GDR gave are developing other products to launch to market after those we know of.
All that's lacking here is a bit more patience
Longtermholder, how's your advice from 2 months panning out lol?

Punkinc if you come on here making claims you can't back up, and then continue making those claims when numerous people have explained why they are not valid, that is nothing but nonsense. You still have not made an adequate reply rather trying to play the victim with your ramping.
"This is a private company with no debt, and many leading products with global contracts in negotiation."
Blimey just by picking one sentence in your post, it's clear you haven't got a clue what you're on about Punkinc.
1.Debt that was cleared by issuing new shares.
2. "Leading products" yet they haven't produced a single sale worldwide. Not even during a pandemic.
3. "Global contracts in negotiations" that amounted to nothing during a pandemic, and are pretty much dead in the water as per last RNS. No EU deal, too expensive for Divoc, no sales in SA and BC unable to sell anything across EU and US. Are there some secret negotiations we need to be aware of lol??
I agree with you, i've said it numerous times this is just operating as a University lab where things are just developed to prove a concept, keeping R&D staff employed, before moving onto the next Research project funded by a fresh Research grant. The only difference is this University lab has huge expenses lol...
But it's illegal as you say, but doesn't stop brokers doing it it like the example below. They will only ever get found out if the placing is rejected, which rately happens on AIM.
Jimi, it's still possible but they are relyinng on the placing being approved, which is a bit of a gamble. With just £1.9m in the bank and a burn rate of £400k a month, they knew it would be pretty much be approved not forgetting the new Jam in the form of POC and AIHL. However if the placing is rejected by SHs, then the broker is f*****. See below example

It's highly likely the placing shares were forward sold. This deal was obviously struck back in early Summer, but they didn't anounce it until September. They have had a few months to offload shares. Don't forget the IIs invest for a quick profit in stocks like these, they aren't in the business of bagging like PIs.
Well what dis you expect? 50p this week? This theory was put out by the rampers who've been wrong constantly, so are you surprised the SP has dropped rather than risen? There has been nothing to justify a rise, so it may drop further until there is some solid news.
Sally you're post goes over their heads. It has been mentioned many times on here before the POC is NOT a PCR test, it just has the accuracy of a PCR. As usual some of the fools do not get it, and cannot understand basic english. As you rightly point out the govt guidlines stipulate a PCR test has to be used specifically, it does not say use any old test that has the accuracy of a PCR. You cannot therefore use the POC as a PCR test, regardless of accuracy unless you get the govt to change guidelines
Dr long yes no money to be made from the "gold standard" test now lol. Might as well frame it in Budd's office lol
That's because you and fellow rampers have run out BS to post here Inphobe, which is why you've all crawled back under your rocks. You've also realised you've lodt all credibility, and no sane person will take what you say seriously.
My post said the demand for PCR testing reducing as the world looks to LFTs which are far cheaper and quicker, it had nothing to do with LFTs requiring a PCR confirmation or not. Vaccinations and LFTs have reduced the demand for lab based testing which was my point. Suggest you read the post properly next time, before you claim it's nonsense.
From the end of October, “when people return from half-term breaks”, fully vaccinated arrivals will no longer need to take a PCR test up to two days after arriving back in the country. A cheaper lateral flow test will be permitted. Children under five will be exempt from testing.
