The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Sang you're pathetic. You ramp away to the moon, and start deramping as soon as you sell. Such a sad individual you are. A long term investor does not flip their views on the company by the hour. Evrryone knows big things are coming here by the end of the year, the current SP is steal. They wouldn't raise at the current SP as we are full funded, and the last raise was £1.10 so a fund raise is out of the question. Stop scare mongering.
"Pacman, every single post from Dave, Guy or Jace has a negative slant to it - so obvious. Are they really shareholders, I don't know. It just strikes me as quite odd, their persistent trolling of GDR and its CEO"
Stars maybe it's because we live in the real world and are down big sums of money, due to the imcompetence of mgmt. I would have thought anyone with half a brain would have seen the company for what it is by now, but yet you continue with your rampy posts lol. Please tell us what all the ramping here has achieved? You know the millions in sales BC were making, the gold standard test, etc....what are the poditives in the company's history? They haven't launched a single product successfully that was commercially viable. Instead they have continually raised to keep themselves employed, and treated investor money as free research grants. Also please tell me the positives of the SP crashing from £3 to 21p within 18 months?
Porky Blautix update due by the end of the year, so you're talking weeks not months. Don't forget there are 5 major catalysts due by the end of the year, which could see this closer to £2.
Predictable isn't it Martyn lol . Right little snake he is. Can't blame him since he doesn't invest more than a grand lol. We are here for the bigger gain. Still way too cheap down here, i've bought some this morning.
So why did they develop a product there wasn't a demand for?? Like i said tgey are just operating as university lab, showing the world how innovative their scientists are, with no appreciation of the commercial aspect. Prove a concept and then move on to the next project for the next 3 years. AIHL looks like it will follow the same route, been very quiet since the CE mark.
Anyone looking to topup or take a position should do so ASAP imho. Won't be long until the steady strem of newsflow starts to kick. Could be a big upfront payment on Blautix, which is just one of 5 catalysts due by year end.
Probably the last chance to get in cheap here, before the delayed news kicks in. Not many trading days left in the year.
Boonco you talk a load of crap. There are obvioulsy issues, hence the delays. I wouldn't call a drop in SP from 60% reduction in SP in less than a year pestimistic, more realistic based on the lack and clarity and engagement from the company. It's muppets like you that lose people money, keep your feet furmly on the ground.
"You don't tell investors any of those things if the current trials are going badly and need refocusing"
What a clown. Bad news has to be communicated via a RNS, not a corporate presentation. Presentations are there to increase investor interest and make the company more visible, ain't going to achieve that if they fill it up with everything that has gone wrong, are they? You sound like a complete novice and an idiot. The fact that there has been no communications since NASDAQ, data is months and months overdue from their own stated guidelines, should tell you there have clearly been problems along the way.
Also by choosing the "target markets" that they did, it's easy to blame the lack of sales on regulatory processes. Sorry this looks well orchastrated from the get go.
Phil the answer is simple, not extraordinary at all. Selling to other markets means actually getting out of bed, marketing the product and generating leads that can be converted to sales? Why bother with all this when you can investors by telling them you're going for the bigger prize in US and India, but are just being held back by regulatory approvals that can drop any day? Furthermore Budd and Fowler collect the same salary and bonus with or without sales, so where was the incentive?
Guy i seriusly think that was his plan all along. Target markets with tough regulatory processes, therefore removing the pressure on him to market and achieve sales. I mean what CEO sits around over a year waiting on approvals, and not targeting countries where you can sell in the meantime after experiencing major delays??
"It is unfortunate that the bulk of 4D shareholders are impatient small time shareholders that struggle to understand announcements made by the company"
Says the muppet that can't make up his mind about the company. Just a few days ago you said this company was in a death spiral!!! Must have have bought back in again.
Best post of the day of the Michael, you are correct we need recent news. The director buys are yesterday's news, and therefore nobody could care less. Anything could have happened in the intervening period, and clearly something has happened as every deadline has been missed. That said it has allowed me to buy here cheap, but the silence is defeaning.
Stars they had to pull their tests from UK sales, until they get this new approval. I don't see any UK company selling anything in the UK, with all these barriers the UK govt keep putting up, whilst they load up on Chineese tests
Toma it applies to every test you fool. Gold standard means nothing if you can't sell the damn thing you foolish ramper, what happened with the "gold standard" PCR test??
*Story
Dtory gets better for Budd. Even if ge does manage to get the POC out this month, he will just blame the new regulations for the lack of sales in a few months, just like he did with ICMR and FDA. I'm sure he dancing around in his office with joy.
They have raised multiple times since then you pillock.
"Kanal from Divoc used to work for Mayo clinic before starting his venture in India"
Here we go again. Same people were saying people used to work for Beckman, hence they were going to sell a millions of these tests worldwide. I hope these rampers fall on their sword.
