Boonco there is a big difference between havibg price sensitive in a prsentation, as opposed to General investor information!!! Guidances on readout timelines are not price sensitive, however trial data is.

Michael, my comment was based on the fact the interim data was due in June, and then late Summer but still never arrived. Being an open label trial the data could be reported anytime, so it was obvious there was some issues hence the delay. It doesn't mean it will be delayed forever. You obviously haven't read the latrst investor presentation, which was released last month. ALL catalyst are confirmed for Q4, so you're statement earlier about recieving one RNS a month for each of the five catalyst until March 2021 is a load of nonsense. The Twitter post is just a screenshot from 4D's own investor presentation last month, yet you still question the validity of it? Read the investor presentation pal.

Porky they need to grow up and accept responsibility for their own actions. They chose to sell up and make money elsewhere, it didn't work out and now have to potentially buy in higher than they sold. Misleading facts, scare mongering is their way of trying to secure a cheaper entry.

Further more 4D have confirmed via email in mid October, ALL this news will be out by mid Jan at the latest. 5 RNS due in a maximum of 8 weeks, which could drop anytime. FOMO will start kicking in, and these prices will look cheap as chips. This will see one hell of a rerate here.

Michael this is incorrect. I suggest you look at the investor presentation, ALL items will be reported on before the end of the year, 2 may slip into the first week of January. You can also email 4D IR who have confirmed this for many, and was also on Twitter a while ago. Don't make assumptions if you are unsure.

Of course you were "being sarcastic", you got you quick 10% trade yesterday. This share will fly on multiple positive pieces of news, which are all due before the year is out. No chance of buying at these levels then, the SP will be closer to £2.

Coldbrew he has consistently changed his view according to his position at the time. Don't come ramping on here for your 10%, and then switch to deramping to get an entry again. This is the issue most have with Sang, it's immoral and unproductive. Even if there is a fundraise he will be higher from where management threw in £2m at £1.10 just 6 months ago, but Sang would have you believe it will be from tgese depressed levels. Management will have to think very carefully before any fundraise and ensure it's a value driver, as otherwise their reputation will be blown, not too mebtion the millions of their own money they have already pumped into thus business.

People are expecting shareprices of £30, £40, plus all the BS Lee comes out with to justify those prices. However we do know any buyout will be a £2bn on above based on sales of similar biotechs.

How is that any different to the all the ramping? That too is just a constant repetition day on day out, as there hasn't been anything new from the company. The key difference is however, all the "positive" posts are just made up on hopes, whereas the "negatives" are based on factual company performance. The last time people were saying everything was smelling of roses, it didn't quite turn out to be that way did it.

It still leaves a big bag between 4D and it's competitors on NASDAQ, who have achieved nothing. Are yiu suggesting the likes of Merck are backing a pump and dump outfit?

Evrryone knows big things are coming here by the end of the year, the current SP is steal. Stars maybe it's because we live in the real world and are down big sums of money, due to the imcompetence of mgmt. I would have thought anyone with half a brain would have seen the company for what it is by now, but yet you continue with your rampy posts lol. Please tell us what all the ramping here has achieved? You know the millions in sales BC were making, the gold standard test, etc....what are the poditives in the company's history? They haven't launched a single product successfully that was commercially viable. Instead they have continually raised to keep themselves employed, and treated investor money as free research grants. Also please tell me the positives of the SP crashing from £3 to 21p within 18 months?
