'Dead cats do bounce'
I'm not quite sure why this is on Yahoo and not a company announcement!

there is also one on AFC's twitter
There is one on the New Product Launch RNS

I wish I could take criticism as well as you Haggis!
"I note you didn't make comment on the Plasma Kinetics link"
I have seen this before and did look at the link you posted but unlike yourself and some others here, I prefer not to comment on technologies that I haven't had the chance to research.
There is not a lot of information available to research, but it is certainly interesting and we certainly need a wide range of options for extracting and storing hydrogen. I don't see why you think it might be detrimental to HiiRoc as the technologies appear complimentary to me!
Garonne: the HydrogenOne fund invested £10m in HiiROC as recently as Nov 21; so you should probably attempt to rein in your relentless, abject pessimism!
My first buy was 2009 @ 21p and similarly have made many buys since then.
I did sell a few at 249 but not nearly enough! I nearly gave up when they were below 2p som I'm pleased they are finally coming good :)
On the right side of the website page
https://www.afcenergy.com/investors/regulatory-announcements/#
it gives a percentage Share Price figure!
What does that mean or is it a mistake?
"Maybe just too many sellers around."
Gosh! do you think?
They are probably talking about having used GeoPura kit (or similar) which is much smaller scale than AFC's. Hence it was only used for lighting and cameras.
"Size of this contract?"
A4!
"So lets open up the North Sea fields that have been closed"
They have been closed because their reserves are depleted!

There should be a push for some of these to be powered by fuel cells!
…. On the website.
Can someone explain the physical differences between the HFC and the other two products? As I understand it the 'S' systems uses Alkamem in place of the liquid electrolyte which means it will not be ready until later this year.
So what does the HFC system use instead? does it have a liquid electrolyte and if it does how does it achieve a much higher energy density? Or does it use a membrane from another source?
Currently states:
"in September 2020, we delivered a 100kW H-PowerTM alkaline fuel cell system to Forschungszentrum Jülich for deployment at its Living Lab Energy Campus showcase in Germany."
I think someone has got a bit over-excited!
The fund is primarily to be invested in unlisted companies (at least 70%) and such companies are by their very nature hard to research and hard to value.
The valuations of unlisted companies will only change when there is some corporate event such as fundraising, listing or takeover etc. This is the reason why the NAV has remained static at the low 90s range for months.
They have made some relatively small investments in listed companies; in the first quarterly fact sheets the largest of these were :
2. Doosan Fuel Cell Co., Ltd 0.59%
3. Aker Horizons ASA 0.58%
4. AFC Energy PLC 0.54%
5. Cell Impact AB 0.53%
As these investments are small then any large changes in their SP will not have a dramatic effect on the NAV. AFC Energy's SP has almost halved in the last 6 months but HGEN has been relatively stable (which is of course the idea behind such funds!)
You have to look at HGEN as a medium to long term investment.
