Oh Shukan, how many times are you going to mislead and say they have a patent for the mice. Either you're trying to distort facts, or don't know the process of filing patents. You're just a tv fitter for god sake trying to big up yourself. If you're right, go and tell the share price, because it's not listening to you.

What do you mean what am I talking about, I just explained it. I couldn't have made it any clearer. There is no patent filed for the mice, it says quite clearly in the rns it's a patent application. As confusing as that title sounds, that's not actually an 'application of a patent'.

I'm not talking about older ones, I'm talking about the one for the mice. The patent application allows you to back date a patent that is filed later. So for instance, if you file an application today, and put through a patent in a years time, and then in the future the patent is actually granted, then you can claim validity from today. An application isn't a patent, a filing isn't a patent, only a granted patent, is a patent. All they have done with the mice is filed a pre dated application.

There are no patented mouse models. They haven't even filed a working patent for them yet.

Like I said, they will never say they are going to do a placing in the future to the public as that would drive share prices down and defeat the ability to place. When will people learn that emailing a company for answers will always be answered with non specifics and pleasant greetings. It's not like they can tell you anything.

He didn't say he 'wasn't'...he said 'we have no plans to'. That's an open ended way of answering his question.

No, I said everything that would happen, and it all came true.
