I know what, you Google 'iot lighting systems ibm Watson' and see how many different companies IBM are working with for iot lighting, you'll even find a blog article encouraging companies involved in making lighting to contact them if they want to produce intelligent lighting. Kind of makes a mockery of your idea of a 'partnership', who by your logic are IBM going to give the 'contacts' to if they are working with so many companies doing the same thing. Bit of a conflict of interests don't you think? That's because it's not a 'partnership'. IBM provide a platform and support, and any and all companies can sign up and use it, or not, IBM don't care.
