By that statement I don't think you know what psl do or what you're invested in. Honestly. Nothing you're saying makes sense. Tell me, what do psl do?

Do you realise the 'partner program' is for all types of tech that IBM do, software, hardware, firmware, platforms, everything. It's not a platform for you to try and peddle your wares. Psls main customers will be schools, buildings, car parks, universities, flats etc etc. You think the people responsible for choosing what lighting goes in a building is going to signed up to IBM??

I don't think you understand what big companies like IBM do. They make these big platforms and work with their customers helping them and giving them support, same with Microsoft, oracle etc, same as when someone makes a Facebook app, they will have support and backup and 'work with' Facebook Developer Scheme...but it's not like they are 'partners with Facebook' like you're implying. It's not a joint venture!

As an example of what Watson can be applied to. They most likely have fridge freezers, tvs, air conditioning systems, sprinkler systems, in fact any electrical item you can think of. But they ain't doing that to 'promote the companies', it's to promote their platform. Do you understand when they say the iot market will be worth x amount of trillion in the future, that's because in the future nearly every consumer and commercial appliance with have some kind of internet access / link.

Ibm aren't in competition with psl. Psl use IBMs system in their hardware. That's where it ends.

Do you realise when IBM have a demo system of psls lighting in their lab, it's not to try and advertise their lighting system to clients, it's to show what applications are possible using their IOT system.

Ibms 'clients' using the same platform are more likely to be Psls COMPETITORS you womble!

Well that's just doing what we already know they do. This just showed that 'personalized' medicine didn't really make a difference. Hence the caveat they added that more research has to be done on it.

No, they just stressed that they got no different results from different personalized regimes, and directly after they hypothesize that with further research might yield different results in the future. It's there in black and white. They have made a tool to test scenarios, but didn't get the result they hoped for. But that doesn't really matter, they are trying to sell the tool, not a cure.
