Happy New year to all , good rise in oil price will help this when re-listed , who knows what price it will be , think it delisted at about 1p so hoping it will be better than this , needs to be about £2 equivalent in krona after consolidation I think

Shares currently in your account with whatever broker will be transformed automatically by Crest into new CDI holdings . You should be able to just put an order in to buy and sell and your broker should have the mechanism to settle the business cross border via the CDI workings that Crest have via links to the Swedish SE. Apart from voting I dont think you have to do anything , of course your holding will be in the broker nominee so you will have to instruct them to vote on your behalf if you wish. 5: 1 Increase in your shareholding then proposed consolidation of 1000:1 as mentioned earlier. We dont know the listing price or more importantly where the share price will go after listing.I only see this as a good sign that the Company is in good shape otherwise what is the point?

Good luck for next quarter all existing MTA holders , will be nice to get access to some more funds hopefully early next year. As said before MB has a good record with Swedish SE re West Siberian Resources so here's hoping history repeats itself. If you log on to their website you can register for updates , this will keep you informed as and when it all starts to happen , expected 1st Q could even be in late January.

Of course they will be worth something but we wont know until the restructure is announced i.e how many Newco shares will we get per current MTA shares held. I am bullish that it will be ok and should see I hope at least 1p equivalent in Swedish krona value possibly more. MB made a success of his last Company on the Swedish exchange and I see no difference here with oil rising making the Company more profitable and hopefully better listing price. Where it goes after listing is any ones guess , but my opinion is up after some short money withdrawal as people have been out of funds for a long time and may just be happy to cash in whatever the price. I will hold as long as possible.

Same amount of shares and equivalent of 25p in Krona would be just fine , shame its not in time for Xmas would be one drunken event...still I can wait , have been for some time , bring it on MB you are the man...and your team of course.

The share price could be anything as will be part of the restructure , lets just hope that it will be at least equivalent to the de-listing price of about 1p. I think the Company have come on a lot since then and Maxim done well with West Siberian stock so here's hoping the same will apply. Details of trading facilities will no doubt be announced with all the other listing news. GLA

Good timing to list with oil price up should make a better listing price and more positive outlook for these to move forward , pure genius Mr Barski. Exciting times to hopefully get some cash back.

I can only see positives here as why would the Company re-list if it had no furture , MB is a top man , look at his record and has kept to his word about bringing this back to market. Of course we do not know the the restructuring yet so our holdings may well be reduced below de-listing value. Over a period of time I expect this Company to do well , ? how long ? dont know , but a lot more positive than before.

They hope to up and running sometime in January , I would think we may get an update on progress in December and details of share allocation/restructure and dealing facilities. I would guess current brokers will be able to settle trades via CDI 's in Crest. We will have to wait and see. GLA lets hope its a good priced listing , he did well with previous Company on Swedish Exchange.

Still waiting for this to happen and fingers crossed it will soon.

Shareholders will not get a cent this has been one total mismanagement by the board and ex board members and stinks to high heaven , how a FTSE250 company can get into this state so quickly has to be a series of major errors and people should be made accountable and locked up. Nick Leeson looks like an angel compared to this lot , at least he only lost Company monies not shareholders to a degree. Condolences to all who lost lots of monies here , will just add it to the list of bad investments.
