I agree and did ask the same question before but didnt get an answer. Unless they are just cancelled and the original sales are amalgamated into one trade that we dont see , that would be my answer. Same could apply I suppose if purchase is not reported but unlikely as share price would stay up. Mind boggling be good to get proper explanation by someone in the know. I dont believe there is any purchases to offset these sales.

I agree think that is one reason people are holding back but also clarity is required around daily flow rates and update especially on the gas , cancelled trades also causing chaos with the share price and just adds more smoke and mirrors around this share. So until things are made clear and updates are solid , clarity around any talks , YA sorted and clear the way re issuance of more shares , past history's still hanging around etc etc. Money will pile in here once we have clarity and a clear path forward...if thats possible.GLA hanging on.

Does seem to be being held around these levels , makes the 5p bid a share for the gas only look a bargain I suppose. Manipulation surely not!!

I presume that once the restriction/time limit is up then YA can request to convert all remaining debt in one go providing there is enough headroom left at that time?? Unless there is a clause in the agreement that a new one has to be agreed ?? waiting I guess , like for most things. Lots of promises/statements to be filled here so come on Zaza give us the astounding news that will make Georgia self sufficient and the rest of us a lot better off , before we all fall off a cliff.

Dont forget its a deal on one well only currently so not really giving much away at all and helps keep momentum going and all for nothing. I would expect better financial deals as we progress or even a full take out , but at this moment in time it strikes me as a brilliant piece of negotiation. YA will be history very soon.

Can see momentum building here at an increasing rate , think this is just the start of a bigger program albeit may still take some time to get going , but very confident now this will grow and grow. Next up YA dealt with and out the picture JV or sale on the gas Possible consolidation later this year for the good of the share price Increased revenues over the coming months Reserves booked for the first time And a realistic share price to match the company assets. That dont make sense to me , they would not keep doing it and you didnt explain the share swap you quoted as a probable ??

Maybe it is the MM's who have a large buy order and are trying to fill it by scaring PI's into selling up as shares may be scarce , too many holding fast..and rightly so , the big news is still to come IMO . If it is them putting sale orders through and then cancelling then that must be against market rules , come on FCA or whoever you are these days look into it now.

Could you explain how you think these share swaps are booked/traded ? If they book the sale side then a purchase must surely be booked ? If the sales are cancelled then there is no sale , but the share price still seems to get suppressed. Sure there is a simple explanation just wish I knew what it was ? If Exon/anyone are building a stake then trades must be booked unless rules have changed ?
