I agree , think we all know the Russians are good at porkies.

There seems to be a 100k buyer out there on a regular basis which is keeping this up I believe , keep em coming mate.

Dont think this is a P&D or we would be a lot lower by now , and buyers still coming in , but who knows for sure ? perhaps there is a lot of eternal optimists out there that there is something going to happen. GLA whatever you choose to do.

I agree something must be going on too many buyers after a very barren few months. Like I said it may be a stake build for pending bid , thus the Company would not necessarily know yet , thus their announcement yesterday. Im holding until something happens good or bad.

Very wise comment seen many and been caught like this myself. However there does seem to be a lot of daily volume with increased price rises over a period so could possibly be a contested take over in the offing ? who knows , fingers crossed , at least its not dropped right off so will take heart from that. Dont believe anything any AIM companies say these days.

I think from memory last time we had a decent price rise the Company put out a notice to deny any know reasons ?? We not had one of them yet so fingers crossed !GLA

Not selling any until double figures at least , this has a habit of flying once interest takes a hold , and who knows a possible T/O could be in the wind. Lets hope anyways.

So your shares are held by Lloyds , therefore they will automatically transform these into the new Matra shares and also give you confirmation once they are either held in CDI form or weather you will need to open an overseas account with them. My brokers TDW have informed me that costs will be higher for trading and also may only take phone orders as opposed to on-line. I would suggest you send Lloyds an email making further enquiries as all broker charges are different , but dont worry your shares are safe albeit diluted , as mentioned you get a 5:1 new Matra share which will be credited to your account with Lloyds and then transformed into NewCo AB shares on a basis of 200:1. I am hoping the listing price will be above SEK40 as I think that would be the equivalent de-listing price of 1p or there abouts. Re future income/progression I await for an Ops update giving more details. His last Company he listed on the Swedish exchange done very well (West Siberian Res ) you can google there story , so here's hoping the play takes place. hope helps D

Correct but this will then get diluted on a 200:1 basis and will convert to NewCo AB shares and listed on the Swedish Exchange. So expect your crest held shares to become CDI's or completely transformed to Swedish Equity only which I assume your broker can hold for you at an increased custody charge and also charge more for dealing.As I mentioned before I think listing price will be decided near the listing date as the price of oil will play a major part me thinks. Not sure there is any take up as I think all the shares are already accounted for. Lets hope for a good price and that the Company has got plans for expansion and increased production. I would expect an Ops update also with listing price announcement. IMO

Seems like a very positive forward statement with mention of possible future divs / tax changes and consolidation. I would expect some action today on the upside....I hope GLA

Looks like your Crest account will be credited round about the 17/2 with Matra new shares in CDI form , then expect them to be transformed into NewCO shares and listed on the Swedish Exchange. more news to come re live dates and listing price.

it all depends on your broker you need to talk to someone in the settlements department as likely the help desk wont know. Most brokers will hold their overseas stocks via a local custodian i.e Bank/Foreign Broker and in doing so will receive custodian charges which in turn will be passed to yourself if holding international stocks. plus dealings in Intl stocks are normally a tad more expensive. Your Matra /Newco shares will be credited to your Halifax account in whatever form they issue i.e CDI or pure Swedish equity. I am sure if sold you /your broker would receive proceeds in Swedish Krona and they will of course convert for you at whatever rate and no doubt plus a charge for doing so. I would guess at something like a total £50 quid charge to sell the shares and switch your krona to sterling. Each broker will have a similar process. If Halifax does not have a international custodian I would be very surprised but no doubt would have access to someone that does. Hope helps

Well I hope they re-list at least what they de-listed at as you say the Company has moved on and would like to think an Ops update will be announced with the listing price and further details re settlement/trading facilties. Price will obviously be decided close to launch as the oil price will play a part along with operational activities. The last Company he floated on the Swedish stock exchange got taken over , I believe this is the plan again in due course , my opinion only !! Check it out West Siberian Resouces. Fees for trading or just selling/buying via your broker will be higher than normal as cross border transactions are more expensive. I have been quoted £40 plus normal trade cost via TDW. Need to confirm this once we know more about stock status i.e. CDI's in Crest.

Correct , in theory share price should be 200x hopefully re-listed somewhere near the £2 mark which I believe was the de-list price prior consolidation. Depending what the market feels about this relisting depends which way we go. Most companies drop after consolidation unless they have something good going on...do NewCo ? time will tell.As I said before what is the point of re-listing if nothing to offer ? Good luck all holders we have been waiting a long time to get at our money...whatever amount it is.
