Excellent find LJS
The dumps are on average 0.58% lithium, our drill results just 60m deep dext to it are coming back at 1-2% (so far). Surely they Will be looking at acquiring the surrounding area as well for longevity or for mixing the 2 together to make more viable
Looks like to me
KCB - another big player come to the table creating competition for land grabbing. We have 15 licences 5 off right next to major discovery's to sell. Martyn stated he wanted to get results back for 253 and sell on (maybe a package with 252 and 254). 39 and 40 to the new owner of CCC maybe. The rest pawns to get rid of
Zimbabwe - confirmed discussion already in AGM and by Mr Ketchup for kamativi
North Zambia - CB confirmed in discussion already with both bidders of Mopani. Martyn stating in the AGM we have already turned down offers for Luansobe open pit
We have our feet under the table in a few places
I don't think anyone will hold you to your prediction Iky. Only someone watching Colin type the RNS out can really predict when it will be published. Doesn't matter if its this week next or the week after. We know we sit in a good position with our assets and we are already turning deals down.
I have become friendly with someone in the commodity business in Zambia and he said "the chinese" were looking to buy his trading company.....they said no. I think everyone is playing the same game and waiting for a good price or better deal round the corner. The green energy train may not come as quick as some might like, regardless there is a demand higher than supply for copper, lithium, zinc etc in the current modus operandi of the world, without a dramatic increase in green energy solutions. The demand is sure to come. The longer it is held off for artificially, the steeper and more extreme the curve later. We just have to put our trust in the board to position us for that day.....sooner rather than later it feels like.
The snippets of info from your ketchup friend and the information we got from the AGM feels like we are there
Cobre up 50% today due to it having a couple of licenses close to Khoemacau and MMG, they have 2 near the mine and we have 3. We have a total of 15 licenses remaining on the KCB, and are in the top 5 land owners just behind COBRE. Why shouldn't we get some of that value reflected back on us like Cobre has too.
This could be very good for us 040 and 039 are just 5km from zone 9 the new discovery and 15km away from zone 5.
Sandfire have first right of refusal if we put up for sale, this will cause competition as we are in prime territory and competition will want to own the license at worst so the other can't, at best to explore further

Predictive text I hope "shrewd" haha
Thanks Iky. Hopefully we hear something of the sort this year. I believe it's on it's way also, but more gut feel. We have Martyn, Colin and our new Appointment Mike Holman who can all work together to get us the best deal possible
an interesting presentation has been sent out by jubilee today.
https://t.co/alsp87jrec
it states they have intentions to process the mopani **** dumps and is dependent on the terms the final bidder for mopani
their 11th october rns on the same subject states they will be using ore from local mines to help process.
the above insinuates that leon c has spoken to both bidders of mopani and secured a deal and whoever wins the mopani bidding is the deal that jubilee get for the ****
we have heard something similar before in the agm related to luansobe. colin said he had also been in talks with both the bidders for mopani
what are the chances that a small cap company in zambia and also jubilee a large copper and cobalt processor have been offererd an audience and the 2 companies not be in some way linked.
given cbs link to jlp, the pre we saw for testing by the roast boys at sable or roan, the fact the report states jlp will be using rom from local mines......and both ceos have spoken to both mopani bidders.......surely means we are going to work with jlp.
a sale of luansobe small open pit that is "ready to go" to the bidders who win mopani seems highly likely.
My thoughts too guys. A deal reflecting something like money upnfront, and ending in a payment when the contained Lithium of the assetbis proved (on a sliding scale) is my bet. That way we do what we do best, drilling and proving contained value and leaving the risk to others. I don't know much about Bushranger, some comments on the xtr board say it isn't quiet viable at this price of copper. Hopefully it comes good for them, however with kamativi if we gotnpaid for the content only then the viability risk is someone else's problem......similar to the sandfire sold licences but us doing the exploration
Agreed IKy, I'm reslly interested to see the terms of "the deal". I believe we will.be involved in further exploration of Kamativi to really unlock it's potential. Under what guise I'm not sure. Maybe funded by another anther company similar but alot more lucrative than the deal AFP has with FQ, or perhaps another similar deal to our KCB sold licenses to SFR. Imo we are likely to see some sort of similar deal regurgitated and improved Upon that CB has used before accross his portfolio again.
Flipper/Analytical, I believe the same. Sell off some pawns to make some royalty pieces. There's some KCB licences sat there doing nothing. It would be ideal to get rid of those and Ferber. Our cash position as you say gives us a strong hand in any deal as we are not desperate or reliant on a sale to survive. If we can sustain the SP, I believe more investors will come also. We are one of the top risers of late, so that is an advertisement for us too
Thanks for sharing Iky, there is certainly something brewing behind the scenes. Looking forward to whatever it is.
The sp is holding up very well, this week when it could easily have dropped. Something feels different in a good way.
From the AGM, this week was supposed to be meeting week for Kamativi.....who knows the agenda or for what purpose, but the fact it is getting attention and we have directors being called to meetings to discuss our assets puts us in the driving seat. We sell whenever we want.
Good work Analytical! CB stated .7/.8 would be good going for Cu. We are winning if our average so far is above
Afterwards the AGM I asked about the dynamics of negotiation between a major and a minor during an asset sale. I.e could a major just offer anything as they know minors require their custom. GLR are confident that there is a market for our assets and we sit on a strong positition. I got the notion that the competition between majors drives them to buy up assets and puts minors in a good position
I would also take that!
Just for the sake of throwing some numbers around (purely speculation)
Kamativi drills were going to 100m deep max, most around 60-70m (open pit type depths)
Some drill cores reporting 1-2% concentration (all away for assay)
Lithium price per ton $29k
Average concentration per ton 1% in kamativi (assume)
Assume ore body 5m tons rock (same as Luansobe small open pit)
Gives 50k tons of contained Lithium
Gross value $1,450,000,000
If we sold that for 7% of gross
$101.5m
Lots of assumptions in there but just goes to show with the very high price of Lithium, you don't need that big of an ore body (small pit) to be worth alot of money.
No problem all. At the start of the AGM, CB said he wished he had a theatre (forget which one he quoted) to speak to all investors and a couple of times made a point during answering questions that he'd like the narrative sending out and properly explaining by us in the audience to our peers where possible because he can't get the chance to do it personally
Example: Shinganda RNS and how we are testing and some drills won't be ground breaking som hopefully will. So keep the fair they are all useful.
Glenover £2.2m in April. He made that deal as recently it has took up to 5 years for a mining license transfer/app in SA, so he's mitigated that worst case scenario and done us well there
I can highly recommend going to the next AGM to anyone.
agreed flipper. with shinganda colin said 0.7/0.8% copper would be good going and 0.5gt gold same. at that concentration we would be talking $100 rock.
he said when you have a few hundred metres of drill core it would be irresponsible to release xrf results on gold and copper with the mineralisation zone being so big, so we await assays. he did say that a tell tale of gold is ****nic and we have that also from what they can tell on early core inspection
When I asked Martyn about the retained licenses he jumped to 253 and being excited about it, he made a comment along the lines of " ....as well as 254" . At then we went into detail on 253. At the time I didn't recognise 254 as a number and was back into listening about what he had to say about 253 ans the dynamics with our neighbours. So that's cleared that side comment up, thanks Analytical. It's all bundled up into that northern part of the KCB for us
Good point, I forgot about the KCB. There wasn't amy talk in the AGM. However Martyn was nice enough to stop back and chat to me about our retained licences. He's personally managing the relationship with Cobre and Sandfire regarding 253 "keeping the Neighbours Happy" he called it and seemed genuinely excited about that license. He confirmed that it has been renewed under its original area..he's looking forward to the terra leaching results back in a matter of weeks and the end game for this license is sale.....hopefully to the Neighbours.
Hi Agent,
Unsure at this time. I presume it is still under investigation. The format of the meeting was the 7 proposals to go through first and then open questions to the floor. There was a set time so the topics were steered by what people asked and unfortunately everything couldn't be covered
