I know not everyone is a fan of calcs, but we have enough into to run some potential numbers

my personal opinnion, is we keep it simple and just get some revenue coming in

size of initial plot - 300mx250mx3m deep = total 225k M3

average Mass of 1m3 rock = 2.2 tons

Total contained tonnage = 495000 tons

minimum Zinc content: 7% (alot of places haveup to 50%, but assume 7, so be cautious and not bother with cut off calcs)

7% of 495k tons = 34650 tons of zinc

current price of Zinc/t = $2570

total Gross Value of Zinc = $89m - maybe a sale of the asset at say, 25% = £22m

or Mine it. split 50/50 with the contractor

Mine at a rate of 10k tons a month (4 year mine life)

$12m a year for 4 years

the asset is good, the numbers are good, it is not to be decided in a meeting room doing a deal how the profit is carved up.

i think you're right chri5p, the options for sale or turn operational on luansobe still exist, and from what we can tell have no significant issues apart from business climate. at the agm it was said that "the chinese" want the open pit and the deep for free in a sale.

monetising ka****u has 2 fold benefits.

1)cash's us up so the buyers of luansobe don't look at us as a desperate cash strapped company that of they wait long enough will have to accept any low ball offer (this is my opinion)

2) fund the medium and deep exploration to a jorc or mineral resource estimate which means that it cannot be ignored in the price of sale

ka****u being so shallow, next to a an operational mine already just down the road, and just abit further along the same road, kabwe zinc processesing plant. means we should be able to get going asap

if we we were to peer comparrison to prospect resources, we have assets on par with them and they are 5 times our mcap, the difference is (apart from they are on ask) they have access to funding more readily. ka****u giving us a wage of £15m a year (like their fq collaboration of $15m) could see our mcap behave in the same way as the market will see us as a company that has all it needs to progress world class assets. the funding "?" is a huge ball and chain on sp. first choice metals being a key example. great assets, no money and can be bullied now into taking low ball offers and be taken advantage of

id like the board to take a phased approach at this moment in time (obviously a sp rocketing rns is preferable). get us some money coming in, don't over complicate things. get a simple outfit going and prove we have cash generation for all of our assets......or the top priority ones. $1m a month would see us through easily and be the catalyst for bigger things like luansobe full spec jorc, shallow, medium, deep the lot! last time we were bid to earn $1m a month our sp shot to 2.6p on the day. it is on record as 2.3p (sz).

chri5p, i can certainly see that. bush ranger catapulted to a $40m mcap off drilling results. it could be (although luansobe is smaller) they are looking for a simila market reaction with luansobe by securing our own funds and drilling it to completion and being in a strong position cash wise so we dont have any low ball offers. however id like to think they are seeking all opportunities on everything all at the same time. which is what we are being told

it's all to play for between the 3 assets. i'm thinking ka****u will be the first to monetise.

dry season starting ( can be seen by checking weather app), contractor in place and mining license. a year ago you could see on google maps a small operation there, so its been dien before can be started again. close to kabwe refinery and the ore is only 3m deep, to very little or no overburden removal expense.

They have access to funding from investors more readily than us. However we should be at their MCap of what was $40m ish. They have now jumped to 55+ on their collaboration news with FQ

with some Major CAP stocks performing the way they have there's money to be made, and i think all Markets are realising that. for example i have shares in a UK defence company that have 4 bagged in the last 3 years. that whole time i have been selling and investing in GLR......waiting for the big one. RR 5 years ago has since 10 bagged. COVID, the Ukraine war, Now Trump, there seems to just be another reason for the market to tank and then recover in cycles. I think thats why AIM has declined. although im no wider market expert.
