Don't know why people persist in clock watching and scouring the calendar waiting for an RNS to land.

Small cap stocks never keep to timelines.

If Vlad was in charge of christmas it would probably happen sometime in february,or maybe not.

Dr Cave is as much of the problem as the rest of the ragtag board.

His science just wasn't good enough - not good enough to warrant a mask business,not good enough to develop a plant growing business and not good enough to break into the personal care products.

He needs to go back to the day job of lecturing and hope one if his students has more future talents.

The board are just not very good.

Duped by the general,snubbed by Moz government and now looking like hoodwinked by AAG.

They are not a good judge of character and unable to do effective due dilligence.

I assume board members will do well out of any RTO,with any dilution the likes of PG will be protected with warrants,options and nice salaries.

The target of RTO,and how it is framed is the story.If company X wants a main listing without the complications of an IPO,and DKE can offer that as a vehicle then the future is certainly got upside.

A straight 30 million m/cap and 4/5p share price is probably optimistic nearterm, however with a new name,new focus in the right sector...........

Apart from any future timelines being taken "with a pinch of salt" going forward, I think the term "due diligence" which was undertaken is also very questionable.

The board have once again offered a tissue of lies in relation to deals and progress.

Their ability to get things done is laughable.

I disagree.

Vlad may be across the science but his skills of PR is appalling,both in interviews and his use of twitter.His ability to keep to timelines is to be taken with a pinch of salt and his grasp of the financial are there to be seen.

The fact that Vlad "is hemo" is akin to the playground scenario of its my ball so I decide who plays and wins. - except he should realise in the world of small cap pharma it's much harder to control.

Where I do agree its pointless criticising him,is that he just won't listen to shareholders or collaborators and continues to act like billy big baws.

I agree with much of your latest writing/opinion.

There are FDA unknowns and hemo have achieved some milestones on a very long journey.

The problem is Vlad - his PR is toxic.

It makes Hemo's position " as clear as mud",he added no information yesterday and only created future uncertainty.He moaned about valuations when the company has little to value.

Hemo needs a partner that can fund,progress and prove up the science.

Once again the market responds with its faith in Vlad as a leader.

No reason for the delay,no timeline,comments on it being a hiccup and moans about other companies valuation.

Investors would have been better being kept in the dark,he is toxic at public relations.

Hemo needs a partner - one that knows how to get a job done.

It's not just a 30 day delay.

Hemo will find out within 30 days what is still required,and that could mean a delay as long as a piece of string.

I reiterate- Vlad may be a good scientist but is poor when it comes to detail of progressing the project.

Hemo/Vlad need a partner (a big one) to get to their destination.
