We've just waited months and months and months for RNS's about the situation of the company and now the idea is that they are going to appear like buses.

I very much doubt there will be an RNS on Monday or this week - not for any reason other than DKE don't do anything timely and progression is somewhere between methodical and sluggish.

Procurement in the NHS is a lengthy process.

Paraytec/ device/ IP still needs to be sold to a willing buyer who then need to find the markets to distribute it.

The NHS and appropriate bodies need to accept its validity,then,said company needs to sell to individual hospital trusts who are cash strapped.

I think the share price reflects how much is understood about the process of both the RTO and AAG claim and when faith in the board is factored in.....voila !!

Dealings with Wylde/DA,could/would/should be dealt with by a delegated management team and not ever reach the desk of EM.

This is not a share ( nor is any on AIM) that you can use chartist rules to predict future trading and price.

There is little logic involved other than a gamble.

Infinity,g rees,bobsocks simply want tern to fail.

They are either short traders or have personal issues with the company.

They deramp,but want to be perceived as doing all an honourable service.

AIM/small caps is the wild west,there's no logic to price movements as a sustained investment.Simply a gamble you decide to enter...or not.

Think predictions on share prices,dividends,timelines and life changing sums is at best premature.This board has a track record of moving goalposts and being made fools of - be it generals,governments and law firms

Or possibly,we could do the maths of what the difference is between 25% and 30% of naff all.

In time we will be told if there is a future for DKE one way of the other.At that time we will all,either lose the whole of our investment (gamble) or have to decide how long we want to stay in the next phase knowing the calibre of management in situ.

Patience is all we have, or for some, need to to come to terms with.

The board don't know what they are doing.

They have been mugged constantly by the general,the moz government and now with this deal.

It is interesting to note that halifax share dealing has moved all the figures to a normal share account - book price,profit/loss and stock value.

When NNN delist then the final loss is in a normal share account.As many people say it is not a loss or profit until a share is sold.

I am no tax expert but I would question the difference of suspension/delist relative to when a loss really materialises.
