This is about a lack of faith and competence in Vlad as a businessman.

Think there is a lot of nitpicking about timings and fault.

I think what could be agreed is that this share is in a hole with little hope.

It's hard to trade because of the spread,sentiment is poor and any fundamental newsflow looks unlikely.

Following on from yesterday's excellent RNS.

I am now interested to see Vlad's psyche going forward.

I keep reading eye watering figures of pharma takeovers.With the huge huge potential in the science and the still relatively low market cap,you would like to think Hemo would start to be appear on the radar much larger pharma.

Vlad has more than proven his stock a lead scientist but is he prepared to relinquish power and development pathway according to Prevail's input and when any offers of takeover or JV appear.

They are still nicer problems and concerns than I have had prior to Friday.

I think the reason the market hasn't factored in a Prevail bonus is that although they gave confidence by paying at an inflated price they have still only committed to under 1% of the share capital.

If they were to follow up and increase their position before,or soon after a successful FDA approval then we may see momentum.

Or better still they can introduce us to someone with deep pockets to give hemo finance and scaleabilty.

Because there is no news,there is no money and no confidence that that will change.

I think the consolidation was to allow the company to do a raise at a discounted share price.

That will be for either dd on a possible rto or simply to keep the lights on.

I still expect it to get worse (30 -40% discount) before any glimmer of upside.

Just like brh didn't go up 11.1%.

This LSE website has an issue with end of of day prices.

It has shown aukette up 52% each day forsg least the last 4 trading days.

Timelimes have never meant anything to pfp,aag or the moz government.

Why do we expect anything different?

That's exactly why there is little confidence or momentum in the share.

We have no facts,we don't know if/when IND will be submitted and we certainly don't know if it will be accepted.

We all hope the science will work,but it's not a given.

I hope for a pharma takeover to give the share price a boost and give financial clout to progress with development at scale.

If £5million for phasefocus is the going rate I think woodyjohn prediction/hope for a £1billion sale of paraytec is now in perspective.

Disappointed with the news today,thought phasefocus was a better prospect.

They have to do the consolidation first as they are unable to raise money at current prices.

Consolidation share price would correct to about 0.45p with raise probably at 30%-50% discount of that.

Worse is that may be just to keep the lights on as there seems to be no RTO in the pipeline.
