Thanks for sharing those numbers. Do you know how the price is agreed with the buyer. I doubt they go on the internet to get the spot price. Even with gold, sales are normally a little under the current spot price. Does BEN hedge the price of its met coal sales? Just curious. I guess due to delivery, they could even go above the spot price, as the sale is delivery and coal. Sorry, not well researched here, very small holding.

Mentions that they are due 650k tax credit payment. This will come as soon as they submit accounts and fill in CT600, so they could do this any time and receive money within 28 days. Last year accounts were submitted in July.

You maybe right, but I would have thought that discussion with the bank would conclude before the deadline.
All the facts are not going to change in the final week are they. I would of thought that they would be in discussions with the bank over February and March, agreeing what measures must be taken, because clearly the covenant will be breached. So it is managing the response from the bank IMO.
I think the bank will either want some equity, in which case we may see a raise (not a disaster IMO).
(Perhaps founders can offer some security, since they have done so well from TPX share price.)
They might re-negotiate the loan terms, with higher fees whilst out of covenant.
I cant see TPX getting off scot free, banks exist to make money.
Perhaps the agreements have been made, and the bank are considered a related party / inside information. The TU can come out end of the month as you say, but I really dont think that discussion are not well advanced with the bank already. There were about 60k of buys Friday. Someone knows something.

Today you can buy at just 10% above the placing, but with the benefit of another quarter year progress.
OSI have at least £2M revenue in the bag for 2023, and that is about break even, factoring tax credits and cost reduction etc. There is very little new news in the RNS as the TU in January already told us these numbers, people were not selling then!

EKF get 1.2M shares, worth 300k today but could fall if financing needed, and the fire sale value of 400k of equipment. Forget the loan, its terms mean that loss making ADL will never have to pay it.

Well we have this week, and next week before the debt covenant was due to be tested. Judging that there is no buying here, I am not getting my hopes up. I think long term this will do well, but the resolution to the debt issue might not be as plain sailing as most have posted. They cant be taking this down to the wire, i.e. they must already know how it plays out.

Same as all the other stocks. Many good ones own. I think Liquidity is low, you only need a small seller and with no buyers this is what happens. Results next week, im sure they will be fine. All the other bricks looking good / had good results.
