Oil is going to head to over 100$ how else will they control inflation.. can't keep raising Interest rates or otherwise it's an obvious banking collapse which the fed will get blamed for.. my bet is oil will hit 100-120 by August. If I am wrong I will sing a song and dance a dance

you guys are all forgetting summer driving season and oil will hit over 100$$ again.

so if I am a short and I borrow 1% of PFC shares. Now I have the shares what do I do ? Am I allowed to sell those shares in order to push the price of PFC down or do I only hold the shares and hope the price drops down ?

They were on the 29th March around here then pfc shot up and the scummy reduced and now increased again. Maybe averaging their holding no idea but then why have others not increased and why are other reducing.. they might be clutching straws here. Who knows. Don't know enough about shorts industry

38K buys going through on Level 2 and some other big buys have gone through too.

they know they can not get shares from others by lowering the price so they are moving higher to pick up some sellers. More buyer pressure to buy rather than to sell atm.

Hi Clearview. I read that sometimes the shorts average down their short postions. I do not know the correct terminology they use for that. But kind of consolodating. Others might know. I will be happy if it breaks 65 and moves to 68 and then before the 25th it is at least sitting at 72 and after 25th sitting at 90p. That would be nice. I am sure the new CEO will have a lot of postive things to talk about and he will no doubt talk about drawing a deep line under the SFO and write offs. Plus lots of good information on the Hitachi deal. I just hope the margins are good which I am sure they are or how will they pay of a chunk of the write offs if they are expecting a bad year. So I am more postive than not.
