Paul pfc are in a battle with the shorters and trust me a share dilution is the last thing pfc will do to help those fkcers . They are betting wrong.. nothing to stop pfc exploring a share raise and in the process the word getting out that they might be going down this road but when they weigh up their all of their option pfc may decide not to go down that road which will burn the shorters to bits.

Hi Nitro that is normal standard process for a deal of this size, there won't be any issues. Should all be done and dusted in Q4 2024. I am wondering when does HBR benefit from the acquisition of the deal. When I read that it looks like it will be in Q4 of 2024 ?

Ah Nitro you are talking about this: The Acquisition is subject to, amongst other things, regulatory, antitrust and foreign direct investment approvals, as well as Harbour shareholder approval. Completion of the Acquisition is expected to occur in Q4 2024.

Rookie soon as I tried to buy a small amount at 301.80p the price shot up to 304 lol Nitro, there was no mention of regulator approval. They would have had to put that into the press release. No idea where you are getting your information from. Please provide evidence.

Key Question is how much short positions were put on from 15-30p and from 30p to 45p ? I haven't done the calculations myself.

It's possible that the shorts have hedged long. I wouldn't worry about it. Like jonny said it is only going one way. Remember other deals will be announced soon too..if you believe in the fundamentals and leadership then don't panic.

It reached 480p in april 2022 when oil hit 120USD but now with this aquisation like bonkers said 500 is not unrealistic is it. or even higher with the current price of brent at 79USD
