Sidara could ask for an extension that is likely to happen. Maybe they are waiting for deloitte final report

We know whatever bid is going to come in by sidara, if they make a bid, then it is likely to be higher than what the share price is now.. also, WG, will not sell out for a stupid cheap price. We have 4 trading days left to find out..

To be fair I don't think Blackrock would be increasing their stake if this was a bad business investment. But it could also be for long term investment rather than anything to do with sidara. However if they disapproved of the buyout they wouldn't increase would they.

You can see the manipulation of the stock price as it gets to 40p via level 2. Even without it you don't need to be sherlock to work it out. Clearly sidara are very keen. Let's see what happens next week

I am going to put my neck on the line here and say the following, if they are stopping this from going to 40p then they must be expecting a good sized bid to come in from sidara..it is like we will find out over the next 5 working days from Monday.. why else would they stop it from hitting 40p ?

You can see clearly from the trading pattern from the forms that the institutions are playing a carousal of buying and selling and round and round they go. Looks to me that the share price is on purpose is being held at this level. Same ones are buying and selling and buying and selling. I am guessing that with 11 days left their will be more volatility. Maybe an annoucement tomorrow or next week ?

When copper drops Glen drops like a brick but when copper goes up Glen still drops lime a brick..manipulate the share price at will..London stocks are a bad investment these days. Surly with copper sky high this should reflect in the share price

I think a major order is being fulfilled. Great divi especially at this price. Crazy drop makes no sense

Sidara name on the title of the last form. No idea what it means. But I can safely assume the are not here to waste time and are very serious. Maybe they are accumulating a sizeable chunk of stock before making an offer.

Looking at a lot of the forms. There appears to be lot more longs than shorts. So most are definitely betting on the price going up. Some are buying same amount of shares and selling same amount
