been watching GGP for the last 3 months...its got a market cap of £180mill its never had any revenues, yes ZERO income in 13 years , yes 13 years...and a market cap is 4 times greater than SDX who are an oil and gas producer and profitable at that.....

I agree, there is more undisclosed stuff still to be uncovered, the directors are connected to banks who have made loans securitized by shares in the company. Have these all been disclosed? are they reflected in the companies liabilities properly..I dont think so. this is a total mess...the takeover offers will reflect this and dont expect them to be t a premium to todays price. I dont think it will be . I suspect around £5...ImHO

not that great at ALL, should see a drop in the share price after such a strong run up...putting a brave face on it by increasing the divi. but with all the govt help with 'help to buy' and their revenues and cash are down, margins down..even with their weighting to second half they will still have whole year revenues less than previous year and the share price has nearly doubled in that time. rough seas ahead

Its not right or wrong its an opinion. ....but Im judging in the near term this is way over bought..

im just looking at the numbers..iI could have pointed out that on a gross profit basis its losing money ie the more revue the bigger loss.
And to compare it with Tesla is ..well I dont think I need to comment..just ask yourself is it 10 years ahead technology wise than the competition. has itm power got a brand awareness , is it a consumer retail product. is it run by an industry visionary with an iconic product.....seriously even mentioning tesla is ludicrous

why is this trading on vapor maybe becuase its on the bandwagon of clean energy...but this is the biggest short I hold right now...let me explain... last year they had a bacl log of £33 million this year its up to £42 million but they still managed to reduce their revenue to £3.8 mill and lost nearly £10 million EBITDA so costs of £12mill ebitda. Lets give them a pass and say well there well placed to convert 50% of the backlog into rvenue this coming year well that would mean revenue of £22 million and if the costs remain the same ( which I very much doubt) they will make £10 milion before EBITDA...the EBITDA bit is now around £5 million so a nett profit of a nice round £5mill. it is trading on a forward PE of 112...yes a FORWARD PE of 112...someone needs their head examined...SELL

look to have absconded with the capital raise of the company...you couldn't make it up..how did this company get listed ion the AIM or any other market. its a joke

who bought when the rns came out have now sold at a loss...thats too funny
