yeh but they are owed over $11mill from their one big customer and have mentioned that tthey MAY make a proviion for that debt in the next statutory accounts... here is the problem, that customer now has so much leverage and the debt equtes to the whole of thears revenue.. do you really beleive it will be satisfied...be careful

just read the prospectus...how does a company with basically one person o R&D , no revenues and little overheads ie a total shell company manage to raise £4mill/ Its mind blowing how they can get away with it...this in my opinion is one to avoid at all costs

what is the point, they raised £4mill back in january, why do they need to piddle about with this..or havve they either burned that cash or have used it to pay back loans

a bit worrying tho that they have to rely on a loan of $50k to see them through until they get a VAT receipt..if this softwware has been and is so good why do they need t this point to rely on a loan of such a small amount to keep going
