32 api and 3% water cut, is beautiful.... cant wait for the horizontal.... into that lovely sweet oil. a nailed on result this all looking really good now
Silver up 60% since half year average, gold up 45% since half year, AISC flat at $1131..... the full year results are going to be bangin' and the copper mine getting c loser and closer
So the first time SRB hit 240 the gold price was $3650 back in september 10th... its now $4070 ish, its been around $4000 now for 3 months ish give or take thats $400 extra on 12000 oz production for the last qtr. I think we are used to this level and its now not being fully reflected in the share price. It will be interesting to see what the financials say on the 28th.. and what they say about production for this current qtr. I suspect production to be at least a good as the 3rd qtr so 25,000 ozs at an additional $400 oz ia an additional $10 mill to the bottom line on top of the first qtr's $19 mill is $29 mill.. so $48 mill for the full year and then next year..... so in sterling that £36 million nett profit that a current P/E of 5. and going into nxt year it drops to 3....so there is a lot more upside than downside...and the licencing wont be a factor.. my TP is 320
To put it into perspective, if you've found gold at 5g/ tonne, you would have a commercial find, this is roughly 150g/ tonne in equivalent gold ozs, it's mind blowing grades

Maybe they should be looking to reduce debt and earn some money from their existing assets. They have lost 90% shareholder value ovver the last 5 years but still paid themselves nice salaries
Thought the rig was mobilised, didnt know they had spud the well, usually takes a week to 10 dayys from mobilisation, set up to spud. no announcement..
so transition into a 25,000 tonne copper producer by the middle of next year.... 25,000 tonnes is 55 million lbs, copper is $11/ lb so that's $550 mill income at a gross margin of 70% ...... do the maths.. I'm going for nett PBT of $200 mill per year when in full production so a forward P/E of 1.5 at present share price....
