Yeh, Newmont is a monolith of a company, not as nimble as SRB so I'm being on the safe sside, I think a smaller growing gold miner should have a higher P/E than a giant like Newmont who dont have the ability to grow as the same pace. so tongue in cheek it may be, but maybe the P/E of SRB should be higher than Newmont...

Copper now $6 per ib..... forecast production 25000 tonnes at AISC of $2.6 per ib thats 2200 x 25000 x $3.4 That's $187 million profit before tax, plus gold silver and zinc ..... thats £140 million plus... market cap of £280 mill.... forward P/E of 2.... 2!

So second half of the year increased sales to £5.6 million from ist half of £4.7 an increase of 19% and probably a break even for the 2nd half of the year. momentum growing so expect £6.5 mill sales in 1st half of 2026 with a small profit of £150k and full year of £14 million with a profit of £750k. giving a P/E of 20 ish... maybe a bit of room to rise to 130p..near term

Newmont is currently trading at a P/E of 17.. srb is 12 so 40% upside on that metric alone. Implies £5.
