Aha Why would directors participate in part or in full in the offer at 11.225 pence? I rest my case.

The reaction makes no sense at all. Herd instinct to panic! This morning's RNS says that Avanti also initiated an open offer to raise up to GBP4.3 million through the issue of shares at the price of 11.225 pence per share. This is equivalent to the per share price being offered to those holding the 2023 notes. I would expect that 11.225 pence is good enough for the Bondholders so it should be the floor instead of the crazy prices currently prevailing. It is certainly an opportunity to top up.

Close period definition changed with the Market Abuse Regulations. Now it is just the 30 days before an announcement of results.

I think that Jambon is correct here and it does look like they are already delivering. You should have listened to this morning's presentation. The mystery that amazes me is the number of people that appear on bulletin boards slating a company. What is their purpose in life?

Dialled into the investor/analyst presentation of the resulkts this morning. It certainly looks encouraging and we should continue to see further good progress and momentum. They delivered the presentation with confidence so that should start to flow through with improvements in the share price.

Investec has done well in advising C&C with their acquisition of the CVR assets at a knockdown nominal price. Sorry, but it appears that Investec also did badly with their advice to CVR. Between he Chinese walls at Investec and PwCcoming in to help CVR we were destined to be led to the slaughter. It Stinks!!!

More likely to be odd trades. Can't be the Bond holders selling as they will only get their shares once we shareholders approve it at a forthcoming general meeting. The principle as been consented to by the Bond holders but it has not yet been actioned.

Can’t be bad news because of the regulatory requirement to disclose as soon as you know. This means that more likely to be stable or better than previously mentioned. Not long to go now.
