Let’s not forget two weeks ago this was £7. Long way to go!
If the CV and CE approval not granted, I think we would know by now??
This looks a bit leak-y
Indeed. We’ll know within the week though
Any new information eg RNS has to be announced in advance of the results call, so it has to be in the next few days. My prediction, CV and CE approved and they’ll get part of the UK deal that NCYT lost. But what do I know.......
What do you think if CE and CV lands, above £3??
It looks like it could come out of administration, see the investor relations page. Long way to go, but if it’s a going concern it will have more value
Um. Just dipped my first toe at 447, hoping for a dead cat bounce!
Not sure, does he have a dog?
I can’t back up with any evidence...but a man with a dog told me that everything is signed off. RNS to follow.
They are not going bust. That’s the important thing. Everything else is just a case of wait and see. Anyone buying sub 50p will do ok. Low share price reflected risk of default.
Nothing horrendous in results and coming out of COVID in better shape than they went in.
Amazing to think just over a year ago these were £1.60, surely the laws of probability suggest good news after so many years of pain. I look at carnival at £17 from £6.50 after a year (sold out at £12 ??) and they have empty boats. Upside for Capita should be at least 60-70p in the short term.
Have a look at FT yesterday. Worldwide asset freezing on top 6 owners. Court hearing behind closed doors.
Capita is a trading stock at the moment, that’s it, until the next trading statement.Fortunately it’s now 35p and not £2, so if you are patient then you should be ok if you hold the shares. I wouldn’t spread bet anything this volatile though. Made 4.5% net of charges in 24 hours, and still hold the same amount of shares. Just an opinion though!!!
Anyone got a view on why NMC US listing up 45%??
Anyone got a view on the sudden movement??
2020 results out end of Feb. Lots of negativity priced in but if they made a profit in h2 should be ok to retrace a bit. Still 50% down on a year ago.
Everything is down today. I think the full year results of banks/similar will shift the mood upwards or downwards. Until we have done actual news this is just in the hand of the traders. However, all of capita’s contracts seem to be relatively stable, so hopefully won’t go bust, I think if that was going to happen, it would have happened by now.
Lloyd’s and financials generally just waiting for a bit of missing detail in brexit deal. UK financial services is our biggest export and wasn’t really covered in the deal. So it hasn’t had the brexit bounce.
