Good recovery today. That makes it 7 up days, 2 down. I am very happy with that, Up about 5p over 9 days. I am up on my last 4 buys. Well done Mikey buying at 64p, my cheapest was 68p, but well happy with that, with the divi as well. Sorry if some of you think I am being grumpy? Could it be you have got me wrong, or are you just taking the pizza!

Hello Kay. Of course 7 days of rises can be wiped out by 1 day of falls, but the vod sp would have to had fallen by 5p today to wipe out the last 7 days of gains. There is always Tomorrow?, so good luck to all you negative's as you seem to want to take over this forum.

About 7/3/2000. at £3.99. But there have been many complex issues, not good though. I thought Gent was in charge, but narcus seems to blame marge. I don't know. Mannesman was a bad move with hindsight. I think vod will rise by about 1p in the morning. Support your C.E.O. & stop going on about pizza's.

Nimshy. The vod sp on 1.2 .1999 was 3.39. on 1.3 1999 it was 3.55. The merger was about that time. So though the maths is complex, It was a dissaster, but if you could have seen into the future & see everybody with a mob phone now , you would have bet your life on it. Competetion, cut prices, politics etc etc is what went wrong. If you had taken verizon shares & sold at the peak, & taken the spec divi, it might have been ok, but that is the past, & I don't live in the past. Vod is a massive buy for me.

Vod can get to 80p within 2 to 3 weeks & that will do me in the short term. Long term, who knows. But vod shares are no place for get rich quick whingers.
