I have it on good authority that Fortnum & Mason have run clean out of their own brand of Hob Nobs.
Wouldn't you be better contacting them directly instead of asking here?
You would assume that cash preservation would be the order of the day, oh and days of yore. However, I am hazarding a guess that the board's logic being that if this works out, happy days they are quids in. This is fair enough; none of us are hear just to pass the time. However, the reverse being if it collapses in a heap they may as well milk it for what it is worth. It is the latter that sticks in the throat a bit. It would be nice just to admit that the eye watering salaries, and they are eye watering by anyone's standards, could do with a proper haircut given the circumstances.
Taxed at completely different rates.
@Godders99 - Okay, so the market value of 7p/share is a binary bet on a payout from Ombrina Mare?
There is no logic in your incessant posting other than:
1) You believe, rightly or wrongly, your never ending gloom with push the price down further to allow you to either accumulating shares at a lower average or just reap rewards of your short;
2) You have the square root of nothing to do.
There is absolutely no other reason I can think of for you posting constantly day in day out, noon 'til night.
@Godders99 - The LinkedIn statement is no more than a rehash of what of the Bloomberg article posted on this board on Tuesday:

How many posts are you making today? Surely there must be something else to do?
Always good to see Mogger's posts.
Yes, given the data about how the mortality rate being far lower for the younger then that would be a sensible solution. I would suggest under 55, or even 50, but you get the idea. Perhaps an army of child workers is the solution. ;-)
As for supermarkets supplying the vulnerable. This is only my experience having had to try and help out my parents who both are over 70 and live in Greater London. This was after a proper ding-dong with my Dad who kept going out to get supplies.
For Sainsbury's you can register as someone 'in need.' There is a telephone number online. My mother had an account with Sainsbury's prior to the C19 'fun' albeit not used very often. They have delivered for my parents and slots are released on a weekly basis the week before. I have yet to work out if they release them at a specific time or in small blocks at regular intervals.
We have been using Tesco for a number of years and my wife has managed to get Tesco to deliver to my parents too. Tesco slots are released at mid-night and are for about three weeks’ time at present. For example, my wife was online last night and managed to get one for my parents for the 5th May.
There are also other smaller firms. The local Spar seems to be offering a delivery service, which is here in Northern Ireland. I am not sure about the rest of the UK. There are also milkman services like Milk and More who might be able to help.
Finally, there are local volunteers. Again, search on the internet for such services.
Anyone remember £20 or 20pence? Ironically, 20 pence now looks attractive.
I am with The Greater Fool on this. Sometimes, although painful as it can be, you have admit you made a bad call. I have been in since 2009 enjoying the highs - who could not -, the flash crash drama and the general long and painful drip downwards of the share price.
Who knows, this might just come good, but there are absolutely no signs of a board committed to anything but paying themselves handsomely while they can. If it were my firm I would be preserving cash at all costs. The only insurance - the (sort of) cash generating assets in Egypt is in the process of being sold.
This is now down to a binary bet on with Export Finance will be granted. Logic says that, given the current uncertainties both at home and abroad around energy, HMG would ensure that this is developed to cover the UK's energy needs with a very friendly supplier. If ever were a mutually beneficial relationship then this is it FIG gets defence guarantees and the UK energy. However, fashion is against the oil industry at present and we are all fully aware of the political 'fun' at home. I am coming round to the thought that Premier is a far better hedge, albeit without the same geared rewards. With this in mind, I have cut the kids' ISA holds of RKH by 50% each today and shaved 20% off mine. I might well do another chunk (and for me it is a chunk of my overall net worth) of mine shortly. If I were Premier I would just let this company run aground and pick up the remains.
Cheers Comertoes, duly noted and I will folllow suit.
That is the problem. It is in most people's nature to correct such nonsense. I think most on here are aware of the inherent dangers, but the islanders suddenly whipping out the red flag en masse - really!
Now why would the Islanders invite China given they are British? Are you saying that they would rely on China to extract the oil and for defence too? There are obvious danagers to this project, but that is not one.
This is getting a little silly. What on earth would the FI do for defence? It has a population of about 3400. Perhaps they could all ditch fishing, farming, tourism and the like and just pop off to the local arms dealer and form an army? Oh, and they voted by 99.8% to remain a Overseas Territory of the United Kindom. That would be quite some change of heart.
If you are trolling at least make it credible.
