So a company listed on Tokyo exchange has brought the intellectual and other stuff off SED.
Anyone know if we can buy into that share to try and cut our losses?
If on the 18th March they expected an agreement by end of the first quarter that is some 2weeks away! What went wrong or what on earth did they think they were doing making an announcement which was in effect not true or they could not guarantee.
Well having put the cap round they had to say something!
Long term investors have heard this time and time again have we fallen for it again?
Another treatment approved by FDA. Well done all the research teams. GSK building another range of products with significant potential.
If we can get an agreement with the US courts on Zantac we could see a significant re rating for GSK especially with $ earnings.
Will shareholders get any info on the winding up?
Not expecting any return but still perplexed why despite an environmentally useful product and apparently sane management no one has bought the company. Surely some Indian billionaire would be interested in transforming the tuk tuk in their country.
So assume the business plan was wrong or is it just we aren’t American!

Yes indeed it may appear to be lawyers holding this up but they are paid by the interested parties! If the potential buyers of our products were that keen surely they’d chuck more money into more lawyers and shout at them ‘time is money’!?
Are we happy with the figures and confident re the projected forecast? With billions voting this year you would think so but market not over impressed on basis of share price reaction or lack of it!
I agree. Despite the wonders of our products , economic, climate wise and socially responsible there seems no urgency by any of the groups we are dealing with to grab the golden chalice. Despite the fact we are saying it works we continue to be having to test rest and test again on a slow boat to China!!
Well market seems unimpressed by results and assume funding concerns and visible actual sales give the feeling heard it all before.
I’m sure Bond works very hard and salary is internationally comparable but can someone ask at the Q and A when does he think he will have justified it and his share/ options? At what point will he regard it as being a successful business that the market will recognise?
Stirling said in the recent presentation he wasn’t going anywhere?! So if he’s hanging around to provide support and mentoring advice post his replacement for which I commend him will that interfere with the new CEOs style and strategy?
We all want this company to be recognised as a world leader in environmentaly friendly packaging.
