In my opinion, the only place we could find the difference from bank fund and project costs was a big placing unless the government was going to do more to help here, mine here is worth a lot more than what our market cap is, funding is the main hurdle now

The Lah Dinga sale has converted property to cash, I said something last year on the lines that this company has been developing for 10 years, directors own 97%, last years dividend will be the first of many, here we are with 2nd dividend and still a huge asset value primarily in cash afterwards

it was 48p prior to announcement so i think DIVI is priced in this time Last year, it was announced subject to sale which was months ago so i think a lot of people missed it - i bought more a few weeks prior before any rise hoping that this wasn't a 'dodgy Chinese' company. A lot of people will sell on DIVI DATE (seen it many times) and i still think too many people think its high risk as Chinese but at least i know this has a track record of paying a decent dividend and happy to hold for years

The issue is that people dont like Chinese Companies as so many fell due to fraud here The positive is circa 97% is in BOD They are paying Dividends - 40p in a year If that was a FTSE company - you would expect £8 - £10 a share minimum I know its an exceptional circumstance with the sale of Lah Dinga but its good to see this been distributed I bought on news of sale, i topped up prior to original dividend and then sold a stake as i was too top heavy here - retained a small free interest but this has been my best share not to watch and keep up to date on

CASH ASSETS MORE THAN SP ALL GOOD TO ME

agreed - the Accounts look like £120m MCAP, not £15m but comeonvog has obviously been burnt before and i have seen many companies present misleading accounts so its not like you can't 100% say everything is ok.

i was never in there, just had a look at the last financial update prior to suspension and it reads very similar to here. i suppose its whats called a gamble either they are truthful in the RNS and this is say (8 x Profit) + Cash = circa £125m+ or Its a scam and its worthless Current SP (£15m) prices in this risk The big thing would be an actual decent Dividend (1.4p) last year is decent compared to Market Cap, but its tiny in regards what they could pay

so lots of cash still held (3 x Market Cap) but there is troubles bringing it to UK if they proposed a Dividend so what is the point of been listed in UK then If you say £0 cash then is the current trading fair value of SP Trading Update was as expected - looks decent - nothing really bad

look at Asian Growth Properties
