I don't speak to the BOD - feel like i should with every company on AIM i look at but if were honest, most AIM is Cloak and Daggers LC was sold for a song - but also MNC had no funds to do anything with it - we all know it needs a mass amount of funding to get to a sale-able position - so i think 30% of something is better than 100% of not a lot we potentially have some good updates this month, we do need a rise in SP though, im pretty sure i could firesale our assets for 8p a share

The Key here is the understanding of the £1.06 its 90%-95% of current SP If we are not getting the £1.06, and we are been left with NAV ov 55p afterwards - then been here is a real problem If we get the £1.06 as expected )as i'm reading) but its not totally clear - then this is a no brainer I'm fortunate enough to be in low and will have received 40p in dividends for a 45p stake that i can do this, but some may not If the market thought we werent getting the £1.06 - im sure we would have tanked to 40p levels already

Net Asset Value is circa £1.56 Dividend £1.06 After Dividend - the value will be 50p in Assets (circa 22p cash) will be making cira £10m a year (on safe investments and sales) so say add 8p here anything under 40p would be a joke in my opinion, this share has been tarnished with a dodgy Chinese Company - we now know its actually been a gem - people who took the risk last year (i did hoping for the 17p DIVI) are been well rewarded and anyone buying in today should be well rewarded. As i see it - the £1.06 is guaranteed (97% BOD are going to agree) - so buying at £1.20 means 14p a share (cant go wrong)

the thing is - i think LC cash wont come to us shareholders I think the cash is earmarked primarily for the DFS on LC - else why would we have done the financing deal just reviewing figures on the Miraflores £225m Gross Profit (based on £1150 sale price) over 9 years - looks good to me

cant use the link - but the main thing here is the NAV of circa £1.50 should be realised i cant see them dropping the SP to 9p after the Special £1.06 dividend - maybe somewhere in between (say 30p minimum) probably see some buying in the coming months here too

but they are de-listing 89% of shares in BOD - so will de-list and you can't trade thereafter this is a huge spread here - some people will get spiked massively

just jumping in here - hope you can sell when it falls

i agree, it only hit my radar on sale last year tbh - the accounts looked great and i made a big punt for me, i sold most on ex divi date and received my dividend - i then kept a small holding - wish it was bigger, i would have made a years salary tax free on this if i kept my original amount

his filthy 40 list: this is a share that was at 20p for most of its life until the sale last year it has provided a Dividend of 40p since then it is providing £1.06 now if its a filthy share that pays £1.46 in a year Dividend and retains circa a 50p NAV - i want to invest in all that list if thats what they are like

going to read this better tonight - at work - i seen the 562m shares figure, but looking at it - that is 63% - so probably still the same number - either way its all good here

i revoke my last statement as it is information i believe i mis-interpreted

so were getting an additional £1.06 the shares are been reduced to 562,860,412 we will retain HK4.4bn (£452m) as Net assets of which HK1.75bn Cash (£179m)

yeah - im going through and agree i was first reading it as the whole lot

although i have no idea who is buying at £1.10 a share this is basically an RTO from 97% shareholder at an agreed price £1.06 (there wont be a counter offer)
