$5m for all of LC its an actual joke, we gave 51% up for the Investment into newco to complete LC feasibility, with further amounts to be given for additional equity - as they were putting the funds in the newc and they now own 100% of NEWCO, MNC never received a penny of this, they have got these funds back (FREE) We have sold our 100% of LC for US $5m, this money will become part of MetMinco's Cash Assets to be squandered

looked at this when it first dropped - basically without funds it was bust Now it looks like short term future secured

It will be delisted when its formally put into administration At present - Company and Lender are working on selling the last of the assets

i have a few shares that everyone should avoid (in my opinion) Top of my list are KBE / ALPH / HERENCIA No financial gain for me in any of them, but when the BOD say no hope, then maybe as a shareholder you should think the same. Fact is this share goes up on stupid spreads - 100% / 200% and on the back of few hundred pound trades - most people lose on these shares in the fact they buy and sell intra day at a large loss - a few lucky ones may make some money at there expense - these are the real crooks Not one of you have posted anything positive what is happening - fact is the company is in the process of selling everything and been liquidated - and its at the average PI's who will burn People like you, blind ramping a share you have bought and are probably down on - are trying to get people to buy in so you are able to sell out for less of a hit - you are the bitter one and you want to spout rubbish to try and reduce your loss Tell me one good thing in this Share????? Market sees cash and relates, our 30% of LC would be worth few hundred million, it was fully funded for 3 years, I don't see the rationale in selling your prized asset to concentrate on miraflores

Selling LC is a terrible decision, utter stupidity from BOD, world class asset and we're giving it away

They struggle to get money out They don't offer great dividends in what they could really afford- if they announced 5p as a Dividend instead of 1.4p - this would move Its a punt as too many Chinese Companies have been scams falsely reporting cash in bank etc

Thanks Gige and TrickyEFC I use RNS ALERT but i am not going to subscribe to every company i made a fortune in Sareum last year because i was in them when the RNS dropped and managed to top up loads and sell on the same day making thousands in an hour - but thats because i was watching the share and already invested

can i ask how you guys see RNS's from companies your not watching or is it just the fact that this is your job would really like to know as i usually only see these rises after they have happened and miss out

how have you calculated the Market Cap?

its not transparent that when this capital dividend is paid, who gets it, is it us and how much? when i read the deal - as a shareholder we wouldn't get a penny until LC is 100% sold - which is years - which honestly in 3 years+ time - i expect 30% of LC to be worth multiples of our Market Cap anyway - cheap shares here well under what our market value should be
