The Amount they pay is the percentage the current SP is from the Bench Mark, the Bench Mark is set higher so this is where there 'additional is' You have to use multiple different weighted averages to get the picture, using the current SP we will get circa 66%. If we go lower, we will get even less (SP at 4p is circa 50%) likewise if the SP rises to say 12p, we get circa 50% more)

You can question Lanstead, they will sell heavily when the price has increased significantly, look st Amur, 7p to 44p, AFC Energy went from 10p to 60p, both are now virtually where they started but at the end of Lanstead deals, both were higher than when they started, both resulted in additional cash to company, Share Price needs to increase for us investors and Lanstead, they profit a lot more than anyone with a rise in SP, but you need to understand that if funding is secured this year and SP does hit 20p, you can be sure Lanstead will be selling and they have a lot to sell

There nothing like a Darwin or Crede or Hendersons They all use convertible notes which can be converted and leads to huge dilution in the future, the Lanstead deal, all shares are upfront, the company gets monthly revenue at no further dilution, the amount Kefi gets in revenue depends on share price that month,if the SP is higher, both Kefi and Lanstead profit, this usually means there is an expected near term event which will provide an increased SP, just remember Lanstead will sell fast at some point in the future

I have said Lanstead will sell, they won't be selling at these prices, but if we get to a decent price, they will offload fast, but that is a long way away

can you explain your rational? With a decreased SP, KEFI get less funds monthly With an increased SP, KEFI get more funds monthly This doesn't significantly add any pressure on the SP either way

its a bit of both i suppose but you need to work on Market Cap Equivalent JPMC have retained the same value of shares after the 17:1 split there percentage has decreased as there are new shares to Lanstead - so JPMC percentage has roughly fallen by the few percent, they are not selling if thats what the concern is

Lanstead invest in companies with growth potential! They are Shareholders and are invested like me and some others here We all know that we have a huge mine, huge revenue potential, great support from Government (albeit not a stable government), bank funding to conclude at 50% of Costs (and we can include all costs spent to date), we just need to find an additional £20m + stability issues and we could be minining one of the best mines going. Lanstead have invested and will only sell at a significant premium to Share Price, they will sell, they will support KEFI, probably into early production, there aim is to sell at 50p a share. They are not a CREDE / DARWIN who will short the share prior to agreement!!!
