Because MNRG is Main Market I seem to think that huge dilution is rather difficult.
I have been known to be wrong but they did just use all the headroom as far as I can tell.

Yes, this looks quite promising.
During my research over the last week or so, I am sure that I noticed that they are looking at the possibility of putting money into this well.
After the raise they now have the funds to invest.
As this is the only element of the company that is producing a positive cashflow, I think that this would make a great deal of sense.

I think that Paul and team have produced an excellent and truthful market update.
The market doesn't share my view, but WHAT A BUYING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
Anyway, I have enough of my ill-gotten gains inn here already, but I have spotted the opportunity in another company to replicate what Paul Baay did when he turned around an oil well from 50 barrels per day to 3,500.
If this is something that you like the idea of look at MNRG and DYOR.
I am going in there fairly heavily, and hope to become involved.
Not a 'sack the Board' involvement, it will be less drastic that that, perhaps a bit of a realignment.

For those that don't know me, I was the activist shareholder at Infrastrata that got then shareholders together and called an EGM and the entire Board of Directors were dismissed and I became CEO.
I have also been involved in other 'Board rearrangements such as Primorus and a couple of others where I passed because upon examination of the true financial position of the company they were all smoke and mirrors, and I stepped back.
The plan here is NOT to dismiss the Board, but perhaps help to refocus the company on a couple of areas rather than a scatter-gun approach.
My copybook model is that of Paul Baay of Touchstone TXP whose first project on his own was to take an oil well that was producing 50 barrels per day was developed into 3,500 barrels per day.
I am not promising this will happen, but we have all the right contacts....... and people that have experience of doing this.
Watch this space.

A few of you may know me from Infrastrata and a couple of other companies where I have become involved and seen a bit of success.
MNRG has been on my radar for some time, but I have now decided to get a bit more involved.
This company has very good potential indeed, and I have put a few quid in over recent days.
Not sure that I will breach the 3% TR1 threshold, but it is always an option.
I think that my team could help here, and we are working on it in the background.

THe KR1 share price may be a little undervalued then?

I have been trying to find out how much ICP coin KR1 holds, buI believe that it is quite a large one.
Bearing in mind that ICP has had a 300 fold leap, surely this must mean a quantum leap in the value of KR1?

I would imagine that the NGC agreement applies to the discoveries that have been made thus far.
It is possible that TXP has a 'put' option on future discoveries but I doubt that a 'take' o[tion would be conceded,
Shell is going green and not investing in new hydrocarbons, apparently.

Sorry I have been so quiet, all will become clear in due course.....there should be a couple of RNSs in the foreseeable.
I have total confidence in this share, I can see us back to £1.50 within a month or so.

For those that wonder what I am up to, patience is key, but I have posted a couple of things this morning.

I haven't had any time to post recently, I'm in the middle of a couple of pretty big deals, more of which in due course, once there are a couple of RNSs.
Anyway, I have been in and out of MSMN a couple of times, but this time my cash will stick.
I can see enormous potential in this company, enough said. The management are seriously overpaid in comparison with the turnover and profits, and we can always call an EGM, I have previous on this, as those that follow INFA and PRIM will know.
Anyway, I stuck my toe back in the water here yesterday, with trades of
Buy Stock Details Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd Ord NPV (DI) 2,667,922 £ 0.001870 £5,000
and
Buy Stock Details Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd Ord NPV (DI) 5,279,250 £ 0.001889 £ 9972.50
These don't seem to have been reported yet, but they will be.
I have researched this company very carefully, and one way or another, I expect a rerate, whether watching it, or making it happen.
